Kelly deserves this break after hearing the good news.

Kelly Clarkson shared a photograph of herself and two of her companions, posing together at TopGolf which is a driving range and bar in Las Vegas.

Clarkson captioned the photo with, “Friends, Vegas, Top Golf, and George Strait… I dare you to have a better time than me right now 😜”

She seems to enjoy her well-needed getaway after the news breakout that the judge has validated her prenuptial agreement making her accumulate the lion shares of Montana Ranch which her former husband currently resides, along with the other assets and the income she earned during their marriage.
In addition, the singer filed to have her last name reestablished back to Clarkson. She also won the primary custody of the kids, Remington, and River Rose, but on an impermanent premise since Blackstock moved to Montana.

A source told PEOPLE that Kelly is more than fine and that she is doing great and facing forward. “She’s enjoying the fact that she has the kids for the vast majority of the time and is enjoying time spent with them.”

Above all, Clarkson’s priority is her two children. A subsequent source told PEOPLE that at the point when she doesn’t work, she is tied in with being a mother. “She loves being with her kids.”
