On Sunday between 10:55 p.m. and Monday at 12:45 a.m., multiple shootings broke out in several NYC neighborhoods spanning Queens to Brooklyn.

In Bedford-Stuyvesant, eight people ages 18-27 were shot by two gunmen on a playground at about 12:30 a.m. According to Patrol Bureau Brooklyn North Deputy Chief Scott Henderson, the victims were five women and three men who were part of a group of 100 people listening to music before the incident happened.

Meanwhile, the police have not arrested anyone about the shootings in an apartment complex. Two bullets were found at the crime scene. John Chell, Brooklyn North’s police Deputy Chief, said that no injuries were reported.

In addition, four more persons were shot and sought medical attention in the nearby hospitals. Fortunately, none of them were severely injured, said police.

Another shooting incident happened at Myrtle Avenue and Lewis Avenue approximately 30 minutes earlier. The 36-year-old victim suffered a gunshot wound in the leg and was treated at Kings County Hospital.

The gunfire that harmed three men at about 10:55 p.m was reported along 137th Avenue and West Gate Street in Springfield Gardens. A leg shot, a back shot, and a shoulder shot were the injuries recorded.

Half an hour after the previous incident, a 32-year-old man was transported to the hospital. A gun was fired in front of 35 Norstrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, striking him in the leg. Also, a dispute ended in the shooting of a 20-year-old man in Ozone Park at about 12:15 a.m.

The last gunfire incident reported resulted in a 16-year-old teen being shot in the head by a driver who opened fire. The victim is in critical condition.

The NYPD says the six shootings are still under investigation, and the suspects are still on the loose.

Gun Violence Erupts: 17 shot across New York City in span of 2 hours

Someone sarcastically pointed out that a criminal justice reform would be ideal for the mentioned incidents.

Criminal justice reform is great, ain't it? How many New Yorkers will our #woke politicians @CarlHeastie @CPeoplesStokes @AndreaSCousins @LizKrueger murder this week with bail reform, decarceration, and the moronic #DefundThePolice lunacy?

In the presence of such horrendous crimes, where is NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio?

Where’s @NYCMayor ?
