Kristen Stewart Role As One Of The World’s Most Iconic Women: Princess Diana

Kristen Stewart channels Princess Diana, mother of Prince William and Prince Harry, in the first trailer for “Spencer,” an upcoming biographical drama by Pablo Larraín about the beloved royal.

The film portrays Diana’s Christmas occasion with spouse Prince Charles at his mom Queen Elizabeth II’s Sandringham domain in Norfolk, England. During their time there, the Princess of Wales, some time ago known as Lady Diana Spencer, wrestles with the choice to end her union with Prince Charles, which was played by Jack Farthing.

Spencer is a dive inside an emotional imagining of who Diana was at a pivotal turning point in her life,” Kristen Stewart uncovered.

Her resemblance with the Princess is uncanny and obviously the entertainer has gone through a significant change for the job. She will be joined by BAFTA Award candidate Timothy Spall, Academy Award chosen one Sally Hawkins, and Sean Harris (Mission: Impossible – Fallout).

Kristen shared her considerations with respect to the forthcoming film in her guesting in Jimmy Kimmel Live! back in November 2020 and said that it’s hard not to feel protective over the Princess.

“She was like so young and obviously she comes out to here. I mean, everyone’s perspective is different, and there’s no way to get anything right because like what is fact in relation to personal experience.”

“My movie takes place over like three days, and it’s this like really poetic internal imagining of what that might have felt like rather than giving like new information so we kind of don’t have a mark to hit, we just also love her,” she continued.

The anticipated film has announced its release date and it will premieres at Venice Film Festival on September 3 ahead of its November 5 cinema release. It has also been added to the lineup for the Toronto International Film Festival as one of the Special Event screenings.

Diana and Prince Charles married in 1981 and separated in 1992, before divorcing in 1996. Only one year after their separation was concluded, Diana died from injuries she suffered in a car crash in Paris which remained a mystery up until this day.

I’ve never liked Kristen Stewart (don’t dislike her per se either) but I am HOPING she kills it as Princess Diana. I can imagine how intimidating and stressful taking on a role such as that is and I’ve got mad respect for her for accepting it.
