“RHOBH” Star Dorit Kemsley’s Husband PK, Arrested For DUI

This comes only weeks after the Kemsleys were subjected to a home invasion during which the real housewife was held at gunpoint.

Paul “PK” Kemsley, who is married to Dorit Kemsley of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was arrested for DUI. The couple has been under stress since Dorit was robbed at gunpoint at their home in October.

On the morning of November 23, cops saw PK’s car swerving in and out of traffic on the 101 highway in Los Angeles. He was pulled over after blowing .081 during a breathalyzer test right off Laurel Canyon.

According to TMZ, PK was detained and transferred to the Van Nuys Police Department at 12 a.m., where he was tested again and found to have a .073 blood alcohol level. In California, the legal limit for blood is.08. He was subsequently detained and seemed to comply with police.

PK’s attorney, Alan Jackson, told Page Six on Tuesday, “PK was arrested and cited on Nov. 23 on suspicion of DUI. While out with a business colleague, PK consumed a glass of wine with dinner.”

“Following a traffic stop, it was determined that he may have been close to the legal limit,” the statement continued. “He regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening. PK takes the allegations extremely seriously and fully cooperated with the authorities.”

“This would mark the first and only such incident in PK’s long driving history. He has learned a valuable lesson.”

The news was originally reported by DailyMail. PK was driving alone when he was pulled up. His wife Dorit and two children were not in the vehicle.

PK’s wife was the victim of a home invasion at the couple’s Encino home nearly precisely a month before his arrest. On the night of Oct. 27, Dorit was sleeping with her two children, Jagger and Phoenix, when three male invaders stormed in. At the time, PK was in London.
