Production on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has been temporarily shut down.
Filming for Season 12 had already begun until it was halted this month owing to an outbreak of COVID-19, which was discovered when Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, and a staff member all tested positive late last week.
“The girls who are sick are trying to take care of themselves. The other cast members are nervous now that they might have it,” a source told PEOPLE. “Production is taking every precaution to keep people safe.”
On the lighter note, a source close to production disclosed to PEOPLE that, “All of the ladies are vaccinated. They’re fine and will be fine because of it.”
In an Instagram video posted on Monday, Beauvais revealed her COVID status. “I found out that I tested positive for COVID. I feel OK. I’m sure I will continue to feel OK. My boys are being tested. So far, they’ve tested negative and we’re going to continue testing them.”
“Send movie or TV recommendations because I will be quarantining for the next few days — well not few, probably 10,” she added. “This stuff is crazy. Be careful out there, be safe.”
Shooting on “RHOBH“ was suspended late last year for the same reason when Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton, and Dorit Kemsley tested positive on COVID as well.
