Anna Kendrick And Bill Hader Have Been ‘Quietly’ Dating For A Year

They're dating after appearing as siblings in Disney+ Christmas movie “Noelle” in 2019.

Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader had been quietly dating for more than a year, as per source who disclosed it to PEOPLE on Thursday.

“Anna has been dating Bill quietly for over a year,” a source informed the publication. “They met years ago. She’s hosted ‘Saturday Night Live’ and they’ve done a movie together, but they got together well after the movie.”

“They are both very private people, and with the pandemic it was easy to keep it quiet,” the insider added. “They’re both hysterical so they must keep each other laughing all of the time. She’s really, really happy.”

The revelation came over a year and half after it was revealed that Bill Hader and Rachel Bilson ended their relationship in July 2020. They parted barely seven months after making their red carpet debut as a pair at the Golden Globes in January 2020.

Hader was also formerly married to Maggie Carey, a film director, from 2006 till 2018. Hannah Kathryn, Harper, and Hayley Clementine, are the couple’s three kids.

Kendrick, on the other hand, previously dated British cinematographer Ben Richardson. In 2013, the former couple met on the set of “Drinking Buddies” and started dating in 2014.

They even generated engagement rumors at one point in 2015. According to the Daily Mail, the two stopped their relationship at an unknown moment. They were last seen holding hands in 2019. She was linked to Jake Gyllenhaal and Edgar Wright as well.

Both actors’ representatives refused to comment when contacted by news outlets.
