Chris Brown is being sued for allegedly drugging and raping a lady aboard a boat anchored at Diddy’s Miami property. The case was apparently brought by Jane Doe, a choreographer, dancer, and singer who is seeking $20 million in damages. In an email to Pitchfork, an attorney representing Jane Doe confirmed the case.

The alleged attack, according to the complaint seen by TMZ, occurred on December 30, 2020. Brown is said to have invited Doe to Diddy’s house on Star Island near Miami. Brown allegedly gave Doe a drink when they were aboard a boat in the region.

After Brown filled her cup a second time, Doe experienced “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness,” and later felt “disoriented, physically unstable,” and “started to fall in and out of sleep,” according to the lawsuit.

As per the documents, Chris barred her from leaving the bedroom, removed her bikini bottoms, and began kissing her. She claims she murmured for Chris to stop raping her, but he continued. Doe also alleges that Chris ejaculated within her, hopped up, and said he was “done.” She claims Chris contacted her the following day, demanding she take Plan B, which she claims she did despite her distress.

Chris is being sued for $20 million in damages, saying that the alleged rape has caused her great mental anguish. Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, the woman’s lawyers, said their client did not report the alleged rape to officers at the time because she was a medical student and shameful.

Multiple news outlets have reached out to Chris Brown and Diddy’s agents for comment, but they have yet to react.
