“The Real Housewives of Orange County” Elizabeth Vargas’ house is surrounded by officers, and she claims that her ex-boyfriend barricaded himself inside after she contacted the authorities. One person is now in arrest.
According to TMZ, a source close to the ‘RHOC’ star has been having continuous troubles with an ex-boyfriend and reported him for alleged extortion on Tuesday. When the cops arrived at Liz’s house, the man locked himself inside.
The publication also reported that the drama began about 5:45 p.m. local time, in the region of East Balboa Boulevard and Medina Way. The Newport Beach Police Department responded to a complaint that the residence was barricaded with “possible felony suspects.”
During the incident, SWAT officers could be heard delivering directions over the megaphone, as per CBS. Following approximately 30 minutes, they entered the home and there were no injuries recorded.
No danger to the community has been identified. Seven police officers were spotted outside the property. In the scuffle, former RHOC star Elizabeth was not hurt and she was not taken hostage either.
