South Hilo police officers responded to a complaint of a disruptive customer at a bar on Sunday night. Miller is accused of yelling obscenities, grabbing the microphone from a 23-year-old lady performing karaoke, as well as lunging at a 32-year-old guy playing darts, according to a statement released by the Hawaii Police Department.

The bar owner tried multiple times to get the actor to calm down but to no avail. The news was first reported by TMZ. They were taken into custody and charged with both counts before being released on $500 bond.

Their legal problems did not end there as other two Hilo residents sought a temporary restraining order against the Justice League star, in the Third Circuit District Court on Tuesday, stating in a court document seen by PEOPLE that they harassed and threatened them.

Miller allegedly barged into the victims’ bedroom and threatened the alleged male victim, saying, “I will bury you and your slut wife.” They also stole some of their personal items, as per the complaint.

The document, which both petitioners signed on Tuesday, further states that “unless Respondent(s)’ wrongful conduct is stopped or prevented by order of the Court, Petitioner(s) will suffer substantial emotional distress.”

The actor has been accused of being aggressive at a bar before, as reported by Variety at that time. A viral video from 2020 showed the 29-year-old choking and slamming a lady to the ground at a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.

Miller will portray Credence, a.k.a. Aurelius Dumbledore, in the Fantastic Beasts sequel The Secrets of Dumbledore, which will be released on April 15. The studio has already had to deal with a slew of issues, including reaction against J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, and now this.
They’ll also star as the scarlet speedster Barry Allen in The Flash, which will be released on June 23, 2023. On Sunday, the actor was named the fan-voted winner of the Oscars Cheer Moment for his performance as Flash in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
