Fans of the reality program should brace themselves for more drama now that housewives from the Gold Coast are said to be joining the show.
Suspicions about a new installment started to surface after Instagram user Celeb Spellcheck discovered a minor hint in a promotional clip released by Australian streaming provider Hayu.
“New and Original Australian reality series like the Real Housewives of the Gold Coast and Million Dollar Listing: Sydney,” Hayu wrote, which sparks excitement among fans of the reality show despite the fact that it has yet to confirm the news.
Former Married At First Sight star Clare Verrall exclaimed, “Oh, I am so here for this!” while Abbie Chatfield remarked, “OMFG yes!” The new installation announcement also prompted Gold Coast influencer Kurt Coleman, DJ Brooke Evers, and reality star Alisha Aitken-Radburn to comment.
“The Real Housewives of the Gold Coast” would be the franchise’s second spin-off, following “The Real Housewives of Sydney,” which was canceled after just one season because of its “extreme” nature.
On the other hand, after a three-year hiatus, “The Real Housewives of Melbourne” returned in December for its fifth season, with original cast members Janet Roach, Gamble Breaux and Jackie Gillies, joined by newbies Cherry Dipietrantonio, Simone Elliot, Kyla Kirkpatrick and Anjali Rao.
