The launch of Robin McGraw's brand was a success – and she continues with her other ventures.

During the first year of Robin McGraw Revelation Lifestyle Brand, Robin made an exclusive partnership with Home Shopping Network, where she launched her original skincare line. The debut was said to break records and reached “sold-out sales” shortly after its launch in the network.

After two years, Dr. Phil’s wife launched Robin McGraw Revelation’s Luxury Skincare Collection in 2016. Aside from her business ventures, she has also written two books, and both made it to the #1 on the New York Times bestsellers list.

She’s an active philanthropist, as well. She’s a member of the American Red Cross National Celebrity Cabinet, National Celebrity Spokesperson for the Girl Scouts of the United States, National Spokesperson for Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA), and the founding board member of The Dr. Phil Foundation.

Robin McGraw, a woman who embodies it all, shares her anti-aging secrets and how she manages to stay healthy.

Her first advice is that every woman should believe that it’s not too late to take care of themselves. They shouldn’t feel guilty when they’re excited to put themselves first before others. Robin believes that the first thing you need to do is take care of yourself so you can take care of the people you love.

In terms of anti-aging rituals, Dr. Phil’s wife said she simply drinks water. She drinks at least 24 ounces a day and prefers it at room temperature. The author revealed that she could feel the negative effects on her overall body whenever she didn’t drink much water. So, she stays hydrated every time.

Another advice from Robin is that you should educate yourself and understand more when it comes to your own body. There is nothing wrong with finding the things that make you feel healthy, strong, and powerful. She said, “You are in charge of your health, take control.”

When it comes to happiness and mental health, Dr. Phil’s wife says never lose your fun personality. You should never let anyone influence what makes you feel happy and healthy. You are the only person who can decide what and how you want to live your life with peach and happiness.

As for maintaining physical health and weight, the author advised getting smart when exercising. She said that find the best workout that fits you and do that. For Robin, she noted that she loves changes, so she always does something new to lose weight and stay healthy.

Some of the exercises she enjoys include treadmill, practicing Pilates, and taking tennis lessons. In addition to her weight loss process, she is working out with a trainer but revealed that she doesn’t engage herself in yoga. She admitted to doing it once but said it was not for her.

Also, Dr. Phil’s wife was specific with her exercise, especially with some parts of her body where the aging process is visible. For instance, the aging process has shown up in her elbows and knees, so she does arm curls and lunges. She said it’s better to hire a trainer to work out specific body parts properly.

Lastly, Robin’s most important anti-aging advice for any woman is skincare. She asserted that it’s not too early or too late to start taking care of your skin. When she was 10-years-old, she was sunburned “like a potato in a frying pan.” She advised everyone to stay out of the sun and protect their skin.

“Cleanse, scrub, serum, feed, nourish, protect, hydrate, infuse… every chance you get just focus on nourishing your face, your hands, your entire body. I promise you, it makes a difference. Retinol, hydration, hyaluronic acid, hydration, brightening, hydration…you get my point,” she said.

Robin’s splendid figure is evident on her Instagram page as she would always post a picture of herself flaunting her outfit in which her body shape is seen. Recently, on March 30, 2023, she posted a photo of herself reaching a disco ball, which requires her to extend her body, making it much slimmer even though she is fully clothed. Robin captioned the post, “I’m going to miss #DiscoWednesdays on set!!! 🕺🏻 I’ll celebrate today anyway ;)”

Of course, her figure is noticeable, especially to those eagled-eye followers of the author, pointing it out, just like this one user who commented, “Way to Thin ‼️‼️‼️👀😱.”

On the other hand, while it garnered positive responses, there were also negative comments, forcing one to believe that Robin has an eating disorder. A second user inquired, “Why are you skin and bones … if for health reasons, can you share with all of your fans. Or are you embarrassed because you have an eating disorder and can’t share with your husband.” This third user shared the same sentiment, writing, “That is not the picture of someone who takes care of themselves. Get some help!!”

Did Robin McGraw undergo plastic surgery?

The television personality had already addressed the plastic surgery rumors surrounding her. Some have been wondering whether or not she went under the knife for a face-lift years ago. The author wasn’t afraid to discuss the secret behind her youthful look.

In one of the episodes of I’ve Got a Secret! with Robin McGraw in January 2020, Dr. Phil’s wife admitted that she had undergone cosmetic surgery – but it’s not a face-lift. She revealed that she actually got an eyebrow transplant, which changed how she looked.

“It brought my entire face into proportion,” Robin said.

The author noted that she hated her “lackluster brows,” so she jumped at the opportunity when she found out about the eyebrow transplant. She further explained, “(My brows) were just not pretty at all because I tweezed them, and they never grew back.”

Robin turned to hair-restoration specialist Dr. Marc Dauer, who performed the surgery. She invited him on her podcast episode, where they talked about the minimally invasive procedure. She added that the process totally “changed my look.”

“Eyebrows are such a defining feature of the face … They’re so crucial to framing your face,” Dauer said, addressing how eyebrows could change your look. “If they start too far over or if they’re just missing in different places, it just changes your whole look.”

Dr. Dauer explained the procedure, where he removed a small piece of Robin’s scalp. Then, he extracted the hair follicles to graft them on the eyebrows. But he’s now using an even less invasive procedure called Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and still gives the same results.

“Hair is an organ just like any other organ. So if you were going to transplant an organ from one person to another, you’d have to be on all these immunosuppression medications to allow the body to not reject it,” Dr. Dauer further explained.

Robin thanked Dr. Dauer for boosting her confidence. She said that she had tried to hide her eyebrows for years, and she wore bangs just to cover them up. She told the doctor, “Because of you and my eyebrow transplant, I let my bangs grow out, and I was so happy.”
