Amber Heard Tearfully Testifies Her Point Of View During Her Relationship With Johnny Depp

It's now her turn to share her testimony.

On Wednesday, Amber Heard testified in Fairfax County Circuit Court in a defamation lawsuit filed by her ex-husband, actor Johnny Depp.

“I am here because my ex-husband is suing me for an op-ed I wrote,” Heard’s statement began. “I struggle to find the words to describe how painful this is. This is horrible for me to sit here for weeks and relive everything. This is the most painful and difficult thing I have ever gone through.”

During her testimony, which was live-streamed, the actress claimed that Depp allegedly mistreated her, beginning with slaps when she laughed at one of his tattoos and progressing to a “cavity search” of her body for drugs.

“He was the love of my life, but he was also this other thing,” Heard enunciated. “And that other thing was awful.”

“When he first started drinking, I didn’t really think much of it. He would disappear, and then he’d come back. He’d just be different,” she recalled in 2012.

The activist further claimed that Depp initially struck her for “no reason” when she laughed at one of his tattoos and that he was envious and distrustful of her friends and fellow actors.

“He was accusing me of having affairs,” she continued. “I’m trying to defuse the situation by trying to tell him I’m not sleeping with this person, and I’m not sleeping with that person.

“As soon as it seemed as though I had convinced him of one, there was somebody else he was sure I was sleeping with… Accusations, accusations, and then he would explode.”

“He would throw a glass or turn over a table and then would hit the wall and then hit the wall really close to my head,” the “Aquaman” star added.

She also stated Depp grew enraged and suspected her of soliciting what he thought to be provocative advances from another woman during a weekend away with friends in May 2013.

“He’s looking for his drugs, his cocaine,” she said after the actor allegedly tore her dress, pulled off her panties, and shoved his fingers “inside” her cavities, which her psychologist Dawn Hughes likewise testified.

As we previously reported, Heard has dismissed her PR company, Precision Strategies, after becoming dissatisfied with the amount of coverage she’s gotten since her defamation trial began last month.

Depp then declared himself a victim of domestic abuse during the final day of cross-examination in his defamation trial against her.
