Kate Moss Expected To Testify At Johnny Depp’s Defamation Trial Against Amber Heard

The "Aquaman" actress' statement allowed his attorneys to summon Moss as a witness.

On Wednesday, Kate Moss is scheduled to testify through video connection in the defamation trial of Johnny Depp against Amber Heard in Fairfax, Virginia’s courtroom.

Moss was asked to testify after Heard cited the British model in her testimony on Thursday, referring to an incident in which Depp is accused of pushing her down a flight of stairs during an argument.

“[Whitney’s] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her,” the “Aquaman” actress stated. “I don’t hesitate; I don’t wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.”

Moss was romantically linked to Depp in 1994, but after four years of romance and a supposed engagement, they called it quits in 1997.

As we previously reported, Heard recently admitted in court that she did not donate her $7 million divorce settlement to charity after testifying that she did on the 16th day of their defamation trial.

The reason for this is that Depp’s lawsuit stopped her from following through on her pledge to donate her whole settlement to charity, despite the fact that she claimed she had already done so twice in public.
The ACLU’s chief operating officer, Terence Dougherty, even testified that pledged funds don’t usually come all at once and that Heard never committed to a payment schedule.

She also fired her public relations agency, Precision Strategies, just days before her planned court appearance with her ex-husband and replaced it with Shane Communications, a business that has previously worked against Depp.

In a separated event, Milani Cosmetics set the record straight about her claim that she used their concealer to cover up bruises from Depp’s alleged physical abuse throughout their “entire relationship” between 2014 and 2016, despite the fact that the kit was only introduced in 2017.
