Is It Confirmed That Disney Is Working On “Frozen 3”?

Excited Disney fans have been provoked by this announcement.

On Monday night, Kristen Bell appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to promote her children’s book, “The World Needs More Purple Schools,” and while there, she also made a significant announcement.

In response to Fallon’s question about whether a sequel was ready to be unveiled, the actress hinted that Disney would release “Frozen 3” after years had passed since the release of “Frozen II,” but with “zero authority.” This means, she cannot, therefore, formally affirm anything without Disney’s consent.

She remarked: “I would… like to officially announce, with zero authority, Frozen 3,” later noting, “Please bear in mind I did say ‘zero authority’ because I can’t do that. I can’t do that. No, I’m not in charge.”

“But there could be something maybe in the works and maybe happening. Well, you know, I’m… I’ll keep it mysterious, but I know Idina [Menzel, who voices Anna’s sister, Elsa] recently said she would do it and I feel like if we’re all in, like, what are we waiting for? Let’s do it.”

Over 1.2 billion dollars were made from the first Frozen movie in 2013, which also won two Academy Awards. In addition to earning over 1.4 billion dollars, its sequel, Frozen 2, received an Academy Award nomination for best original song.
Since the actress just hinted at the prospect of Disney producing the third installment in its series, it is not yet known whether it is already in production.
