In a video posted by Lya Mariella, she was seen drinking while looking disappointed, she wrote, “POV: you’re in Paris having dinner with your husband and he spots Mia Khalifa, gets way too excited about it & proceeds to text all his guy friends.”

Mia Khalifa tweeted the screenshot of that video on her account, and about the saga, “This influencer staying at my hotel in Paris posted a TikTok feeling bad cause her man was excited to see me walk by at dinner last night, and this morning he bought her a birkin to make up for it. A *BIRKIN* !!”
Later on, Mia posted another tweet that they met and also did a TikTok video with Lya Mariella and her husband. “Y’all we met,” she tweeted with their TikTok video.

Lya posted another video of her and Mia and captioned it, “Couldn’t have done it without ya babe,” while referring to the bag. The majority commented on how iconic it is and some say as he should.
