Can this be resolved without causing further harm to either party or will the real housewife keep suing the production?

Recently, NeNe Leakes filed a complaint against her former boss Andy Cohen and the show’s producers, alleging that they supported a toxic and racial workplace.

Now that she is in negotiations with the producers, including NBC Universal, to perhaps settle the discrimination complaint she filed against them outside of court, the real housewife appears to be second-guessing her decision to move through with the action.

In a motion acquired by Page Six, Cohen, Bravo, and NBCU asserted in a document that continuing conflicts are “already subject to arbitration in New York” in accordance with their arrangements with Leakes.

However, it was also stated in the motion that Leakes “disagrees” with the idea of arbitration and that both parties are “in the process of negotiating this issue in an attempt to avoid the time and expense of a motion to compel arbitration” through their respective attorneys.

As further reported by the publication, this prompted the judge to extend the deadline because all parties “agreed” that a 45-day delay is reasonable to conclude these discussion.

As we previously reported, Leakes protested to executives about her co-star, Kim Zolciak–Biermann, making racial statements for years, however, officials from NBCUniversal and Bravo television did nothing, instead retaliating against her and finally forcing her off the program.

She also claimed she planned to sue the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” years previously, but the executives “blacklisted” her, making legal action impossible. She hopes that her case will help to stop prejudice against Black women, and she believes that being called out as a Black woman with blonde hair is inexcusable.

She not only filed a lawsuit, but was also the target of another one, this one brought by her lover, Nyonisela Sioh’s ex-wife Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, who claimed that they had an affair while he was still married, which caused them to split up.

Reactions to NeNe Leakes' Lawsuit Against Bravo & Andy Cohen: Will It Be Dropped?

Huge win for NeNe if this is true. I always believed her and her lawyers were so smart for filing the suit the way they did.

Ugh, Bravo is going to cave to her despicable lies? 🤷‍♀️🤬

Oh boy
