In the last season of A Million Little Things, friendship is made up of a million tiny things rather than one large one. That is undoubtedly the case for a group of Boston friends who came together unexpectedly. While some have found success and others are having difficulty in their relationships and employment, they all feel stuck in life. It just takes one of them to pass away suddenly for the others to start living again. They learn along the road that friends can be the only thing to save them from falling into their own traps.

Episode 1. Family First

As Gary Mendez (James Roday Rodriguez) cleans the blood from his arms, Darcy (Floriana Lima) leaves him a voicemail. Eddie Saville (David Giuntoli) tells Gary about the weird phone call he received the previous evening when he woke up the following morning. He feels sad about what he did to Peter.

Gary advises Eddie to ignore the call, but Eddie can’t help but wonder who the caller was and so why she felt the need to get in touch so long after the hit-and-run to apologize.

Episode 2. Not the Plan

Numerous flashbacks in Gary’s life finally reveal what happened to Peter. He was the music teacher who harassed Layla and Sophie Dixon (Lizzy Greene). Gary and Layla’s father, Christopher (Michael Weston), organized the journey to Peter’s house. But Layla’s father removed the sack from Peter’s head and insisted that the teacher explain what had happened to Layla.

Additionally, Christopher punched Peter first before ordering Gary to leave. Although Gary is an accomplice and hasn’t revealed what he did, at least he didn’t beat Peter into that coma.

Episode 3. Game Night

To commemorate the dissolution of Katherine and Eddie’s marriage, Maggie (Allison Miller), Katherine, Darcy, Shanice (Nikiva Dionne), and Regina (Christina Moses) all gather together. Katherine becomes quite uncomfortable and eventually yells at the girls when the dating topic arises. She hasn’t reached that point yet, and she hasn’t even addressed the truth of it.

Due to Maggie’s presence, she must learn about Eddie’s life and connection with Darcy, including how they intend to attempt to have a child together. Sophie drags Maggie away for a trip to the petrol station after overhearing this awkward exchange.

While there, Sophie attempts to convey her sympathies for Peter’s accident to Peter’s wife as she exits the store. Sophie encounters Anna, who is everything but welcoming and who immediately criticizes her for hosting the program.

Episode 4. Pinocchio

Andrew Leeds’s Peter Benoit emerges from a coma. It doesn’t look good for Gary, who fears that Peter may awaken and admit that he was responsible for the break-in.

Due to Peter’s poor recollection, Detective Craig Saunders (Brian Markinson) is eager to refresh his memory of the entire affair. Or at least provide him with images of Gary and Christoper Gregory, who he believes is responsible for the whole incident.

Episode 5. Crystal Clear

The breakup of Gary Mendez and Darcy Cooper is revealed to the circle of friends. Eddie Saville and Katherine Kim (Grace Park) find it hard to believe. They are curious as to why.

Gary didn’t mean to hurt Peter Benoit. Still, Christopher Gregory went too far and put Peter in the hospital, despite Gary’s desire to exact revenge on the man. Gary planned to frighten Peter, but when the music instructor confessed his love for Layla, Christopher couldn’t help himself. Instead, Peter ended up in the hospital after Christopher severely beat him.

Episode 6. Six Months Later

When Eddie gets to the Dixon home, he discovers that it has been completely demolished, following a party she had the previous evening. There is no time for her to be hot and bothered because a realtor is coming to look at the house. Eddie vows to Sophie that he won’t talk to Delilah in exchange for her assistance in getting the house ready.

However, there is only one thing that appears a little strange. Camden never wants to leave Maggie’s apartment to eat or hang out. Maggie initially assumes that he may be dating several women in various states and doesn’t want to be seen. Her supervisor Jane (Stephanie Weir), instilled this notion in her mind, but fortunately, it is untrue.

Episode 7. Stay

Over the past six months, Regina has worked on a Miami film set, and it has undoubtedly been challenging for both her and Rome (Romany Malco). Regina is having a difficult time at work without her partner. To make matters worse, her dad (Mario Van Peebles) canceled a date that they were scheduled to go on.

He surprises her by showing up at work and reveals that he was too ashamed to inform Regina that his wife had kicked him out. They’ve made progress in their relationship towards the end, and I believe it’s safe to say they’re moving in the right direction.

Episode 8. The Things We Keep Inside

Regina tries to start a intimate moment with Rome, but he picks up a call from Cassandra, his PR, instead. Regina playfully asserts that the publicist has a crush on Rome after making a hearty breakfast. Regina, on the other hand, starts to question if he’s having an affair since he gets very protective. Regina asks Eddie Saville about having an experience with Delilah as Sophie is performing at MMI. He acknowledges a gap between his attraction to Delilah and his relationship with Katherine Kim.

Cassandra later requests that Rome toast the successful meeting with PBS with champagne. Rome informs Cassandra about Gina’s remarks, and it transpires that his wife was accurate. He does have Cassandra’s attention, and she thinks his marriage isn’t happy. He has no interest in betraying Regina, though. He goes home and confides his concerns to Regina. His melancholy has returned.

Episode 9. Any Way the Wind Blows

She finally shares more information about herself and her client, Justin, when Gary and Maggie arrive in Albany. His brother passed from cystic fibrosis and was one of Maggie’s first clients. Even though she was the one stalking Meredith (Cheryl Swan), Maggie still wants to support her. Gary thinks Maggie is attempting to help someone who isn’t seeking assistance.

Maggie feels terrible about the doctor’s advice to quit seeing patients after diagnosing her with cancer. Instead, she persisted in seeing patients, and while speaking with Justin, a significant amount of her hair fell out. Justin attempted to kiss Maggie as soon as he offered her a tissue. She backed away but felt terrible for not doing it more quickly. Justin stopped attending sessions when Maggie told him it was inappropriate. She believes she might be to blame for his suicide.

Episode 10. Surprise

Maggie Bloom gets surprised by her friends for her 30th birthday. A date is invited by Eddie Saville to the event. However, when Katherine Kim invites Greta Strobe (Cameron Esposito), her new love interest, to the celebration, she learns some surprising information.

For her 30th birthday, Camden (Ryan Hansen) gives Maggie breakfast in bed, but she rejects the gesture. She tells him that since it is her birthday that evening, he needs to reschedule their supper. Her coworkers spend the entire day dressing her up for a phony picture session. However, Gary Mendez is the only one who can get her to go out for a birthday drink.

Episode 11. Piece of Cake

Katherine bids Theo good night after Maggie’s 30th birthday celebration and coming home. She informs him that it’s a morning talk when he inquires why Randy Kwan is not her type. She abruptly collapses to the ground while speaking to Greta Strobe on the phone. When Theo hears the crash, she runs to her side and, with Greta’s guidance, dials 9-1-1.

Anna could not remain at the celebration after learning that Eddie was aware of Gary’s role in her husband’s assault. Eddie, however, went to her residence and started telling her every single lie and wrongdoing he had ever committed in his life. They kissed because she liked the honesty before he got a call from Boston General telling him about Katherine’s fall.

Episode 12. Little White Lies

Greta and Theo unintentionally cross paths. It will appear to Katherine’s new girlfriend that Kat is trying to conceal her relationship. Therefore, it might be an excellent chance for her to connect with Kat’s son Theo. Eddie will confront Sophie for missing courses in the meanwhile.

Episode 13. Fresh Start

When Maggie Bloom discusses abortion on the radio, she runs afoul of the station management. Eddie Saville shares information about his current relationship with Anna Benoit ((Erin Karpluk) with his ex-wife Katherine Kim in the meanwhile. Additionally, Gary Mendez helps Danny Dixon (Chance Hurstfield) solve a problem with Milo (Emrik Lopez). Delilah Dixon has not yet been seen since she left for France.

Maggie’s radio show is a success, but she faces a challenge because the station owners disagree with her political views. When Rome visits Eddie’s former prep school, old scars are rekindled. Katherine helps Eddie figure out the next phase of his relationship with Anna.

Andrews believes he is Spider-Man during this period.

Ultimately, Park and Morgan can resolve their disagreement over his recliner. Still, Morgan chooses to keep Park’s earlier relationship concerns to herself. On the other hand, Jerome admits he is afraid of showing Asher his more playful side. Which Asher, who had to lead a primarily regimented life, looks forward to seeing. Lim and Andrews establish a rapport and subsequently see Spider-Man 2 together.

Gary Mendez and Maggie Bloom discuss starting a family. Additionally, Greta Strobe and Katherine take a thrilling stride forward together. At his former prep school, Rome presents his documentary. As Shelly, Regina’s mother, Romy Rosemont rejoins the cast of A Million Little Things.

Rome is advised by Tyrell (Adam Swain) not to accuse the dean of Sussex Prep School of racism in front of the kids. However, Dean Dennings (Sam Anderson) informs Rome that they will promote him on the school website for Black history month when they get there.

Episode 15. Fingers Crossed

Eddie, Regina, Katherine, Rome, and Maggie are anxiously awaiting word on Gary’s operation. After a grueling four hours, the doctor finally announces that she believes she has removed the entire mass. They won’t be aware of the outcomes until the pathology report is received.

But it’s clear from the way she walks away that she’s still reflecting on her exchange with Peter.

Episode 17. 60 Minutes

The baby Gary and Maggie had hoped for is not coming. However, Gary’s sperm has to be examined, advises Dr. Ashley Anderson (Christina Ochoa). Gary starts the timer for 60 minutes after Maggie assists him in collecting a sample. He then understands that he left his keys in the vehicle.

When Sophie expresses displeasure at the Peter memorial, Gary silences his watch and tells her that she is more significant. Sophie isn’t sure if she wants to shout about Peter’s actions from the rooftops or let the truth go with him. Gary is always behind her, no matter what she decides. She quickly hurries to the fertility office after grabbing the sample.

To speak with other students who could have experienced the same sexual assault Sophie did with Peter, Sophie set up a meeting time at the neighborhood library.
