Recently, it appeared that Meredith Marks and Jen Shah were on friendly terms since, in advance of Jen’s imminent trial, Meredith posted the following message on Instagram story to show her support for her fellow housewife.
“For those of you who may not know this: I live in the United States of America. In the US, one has a right to a trial and is presumed innocent until proven guilty,” she wrote.
Furthermore, along with Heather Gay, the three Bravolebrities flew to New York City less than two weeks before the said fraud trial in Manhattan federal court and they have been sharing photos of their numerous outings on social media, as reported by Page Six.
Since Jen recently questioned Meredith about her choice to hire a private investigator to look into Jen at the time during one of the “RHOC” episodes back in January, this act of theirs has viewers confused.
“Well, since we’re all being honest right now, I would like to know, Meredith, why you hired a private investigator to research about me?” Jen asked, which Meredith answered: “I never hired a private investigator to investigate you. I hired a private investigator to investigate why my family was receiving threats.”
Meredith also stated at that time that it wasn’t just Jen whom she had investigated but every single one of the housewives as well.
As we previously reported, Jen has made a number of demands related to her time on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” including not being allowed to utilize video from the show in her forthcoming wire fraud and money laundering trial.
She also stated that she hoped Kim Kardashian would join her defense team because she had “mad respect” for her and her work in the criminal justice system, particularly when it comes to pursuing Alice Johnson’s release from a life sentence.
