Being a responsible driver is always required while operating a vehicle or being on the road because road conditions aren’t always safe and crashes are always a possibility. Jason Momoa is one person who has gone through such a horrific occurrence.
Over the weekend, Momoa was engaged in a head-on accident with a motorbike on Old Topanga Canyon Road close to Calabasas.
According to TMZ, which first reported the incident, the actor was driving on a road in the Los Angeles area when, at some point during his drive, a motorbike traveling the other direction made contact with him as it came around a curve.
A video of the crash scene that was obtained by the publication shows the “Aquaman” star returning to his car while paramedics attend to the motorcyclist behind him. The rider was later transported to the hospital.
It was also reported that after bouncing off Momoa’s windscreen, the motorcycle “briefly” flew into the air but was still able to land on his feet. The actor is in good good physical condition, while the motorcyclist is said to have only suffered minor injuries, including a leg abrasion and thumb injury.
The “Game of Thrones” alum is actually a motorbike aficionado and frequently posted a series of pictures of himself riding bikes on his own Instagram account. Therefore, it would seem that he was aware of the seriousness of a motorbike collision.
The worrying occurrence also happens soon after he shared a preview at his Harley Davidson collaboration on Instagram, which he claimed was motivated by his “love for vintage bikes and his home.” Additionally, he promoted his unscripted documentary series for Warner Bros. Discovery, “On the Roam.”
