According to multiple publications, the said diet is a low-calorie eating regimen supervised by a group of professionals and intended for rapid weight loss.

Back in 2017, she revealed that she lost a stone after following this diet. The actress told Hello Magazine, “I’ve spent so long fighting to feel healthy again; I didn’t want to do anything too drastic that was going to make me feel lousy. But after having Rafferty, I found it so tough to lose my baby weight, and that does start to affect your self-esteem.”

“I’d tried the Cambridge Weight Plan before and had great results. I needed something that would work swiftly because I think you can lose the will if you’re not seeing results quickly enough. But it’s rigid enough for me not to stray.”

“I think it takes a long time to work out what your own recipe is. It’s taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that’s out there and just do what works for me.”

“So it’s not as simple as just going on a crazy diet. I just feel like it’s really important to encourage women to just be the best version of themselves,” she explained.

“Plus, my consultant Donna stressed that my health is the most important thing, so I took things a little more slowly while feeling more energized, and even with health issues, I’ve still managed to do it!”

“Only five and a half weeks, and My BMI is in a much healthier range – and on my step of the plan, I love that I can still have my green juices, porridge, and real food,” she remarked.

The actress recently opened up about her exercise struggle in another post on Instagram as she wrote in the caption, “She’s off ‘out out’ for a walk folks! I know it doesn’t sound like anything brilliant – But I’ve had one of those days where it’s taken me FOREVER to get myself out of the door today!”

“Jack’s pacing about like a mad man as he did the school run this morning and he’s losing the will to live! Even the dogs are rolling their eyes at me. But sometimes I just have so much to do and think of things that no one else would in the family! Right – I’m off! “Before I lost the weight, I’d switch the confidence on when I needed to,” McCutcheon noted to Hello Magazine. “In the industry I’ve grown up in, you’re so scrutinized. It’s what you do – you put on your face and go out there, even if inside you don’t feel at all good about yourself.”

“Now, that confidence feels more genuine. I set myself a goal, and I’ve achieved it, and while a stone might not sound like a lot to some people, on my frame, it has made a huge difference, not just to how I look but how I feel about myself.”
