They definitely can't avoid legal difficulties or avoid being entangled.

Around the beginning of May, it was discovered that bottles of alcohol had been taken from a house while the owners were away, prompting Vermont State Police to investigate a burglary report in Stamford.

Following the examination of security footage and witnesses testimony, Miller was charged with felony burglary and they were granted a court date for their arraignment in Vermont Superior Court Bennington around the end of September.

Deadline has obtained a copy of a police report that reads: “On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont.”

“The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present.”

“As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.”

Even though the year isn’t over, the actor has already had a number of legal issues that have tarnished their reputation. As we previously reported, Miller was first detained in March in Hilo, Hawaii, following an incident in which they allegedly swore at visitors, disrupted a woman’s karaoke session, and ran at a man playing darts.

The second incident occurred in April, when they were arrested for second-degree assault at a Pahoa home after reportedly hurling a chair at a woman, leaving a “half-inch cut to her forehead.”

Recently, they were accused of something new but this time, grooming a teenage girl and her parents claimed that Miller provided her with alcohol, marijuana, and LSD at the time.

All of these forced Warnes Bros. to act in response to their numerous legal problems, which made headlines and jeopardized the “Flash” films.

The studio wants the actor out of the project, but Miller still have one year to give Barry Allen’s main role everything they’ve got because the movie’s release date has been postponed until June 2023.
