The housewives enjoy their final summer days together in the Hamptons in Season 3 of The Real Housewives of New York City. Still, their friendships and allegiances have radically changed. All the housewives from Season 2 returned.
This season was primarily centered around Luann and Tom’s impending nuptials and all the gossip the ladies were hearing about him.

Episode 1 - New Alliances
Ramona Singer hosts a boating expedition towards the conclusion of the summer, and Jill Zarin, LuAnn de Lesseps, and Alex McCord attend. LuAnn and Ramona Singer argue on the boat over Mario Singer, Ramona’s husband, who made a “tasteless” remark. Bethenny Frankel dines with her new boyfriend, Jason Hoppy, while posing for a PETA advertisement.
We also learn that Bethenny and Jill’s friendship broke down throughout the summer. Jill and LuAnn catch up with Kelly Bensimon, with whom they chat about their summertime activities in the Hamptons. Finally, after drinks, LuAnn and Bethenny had a difficult conversation.
Episode 2 - Dueling Labor Day Parties
Still living in the Hamptons, Rosie Huntington, who used to be LuAnn and her family’s housekeeper but is now a friend, pays them a surprise visit. When the Singers and the Van Kempens get together for supper, Mario’s remark to LuAnn is brought up.
Mario gets reprimanded by Ramona for his remark, so he decides to make a peace sacrifice and calls LuAnn to extend an invitation. His message has LuAnn unsure, so she turns to Jill for guidance.
Episode 3 - Fall In Manhattan
All of the women have returned to Manhattan, including LuAnn, who traveled there from the Hamptons with Victoria de Lesseps to take in some of the city’s favorite fall festivities. The two discuss Kelly’s decision to pose for Playboy, and Victoria reveals that some of her high school friends believe LuAnn is a “MILF.” When Kelly wants to delicately drop the Playboy bomb on her daughters Sea Bensimon and Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, she takes them out.
Episode 4 - Fashion And Fighting
LuAnn and Kelly are at a show during Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week when Bethenny shows up. A mortified Kelly watches as Bethenny responds to LuAnn’s sarcastic remark with a verbal barrage. The next evening, Kelly is seated next to Ramona and Avery Ann Singer as they attend Kelly’s first fashion presentation with her.
RHOC Ramona Singer accepts Kelly’s invitation to the Perez Hilton event, where Ramona is updated on the most recent Bethenny turmoil by Kelly and Jill.
Episode 5 - HOT off the Press
When Bethenny comes across a rumor about her troubled relationship with Jill, things are at an all-time high. She believes Jill’s prints are all over it. When Kelly meets a potential new suitor interviewing her for the Playboy spread, she is overjoyed.
Ramona, Bethenny, and Kelly are invited to help Alex choose the designers for Brooklyn Fashion Week. Kelly confronts Ramona and Bethenny about their treatment of her during the meeting.
Episode 6 - The Ambush
Bethenny and Ramona get into a violent confrontation while crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, and they both launch harsh personal attacks. While arranging her next charity event in the city and spending time at Casa de Zarin, LuAnn maintains her strong relationship with Jill. For a magazine piece she’s penning, Kelly uncomfortably tries to take pictures of random people on the streets of Manhattan that she finds fashionable.
Episode 7 - New Girl, Old Money
Sonja Morgan is a divorcee who enjoys shopping, sex, and plastic surgery. Sonja offers to host LuAnn’s charity event at her five-story townhouse on the Upper East Side. Bethenny tells Alex about her recent issues with her family and friends.
Although Jill admits that seeing Bethenny was complicated, she believes that she would be better off without her. Ramona plans a romantic evening at home when she surprises Mario by suggesting they rekindle their vows.
Episode 8 - Let's See That Ring
Ramona invites Avery out to lunch to ask her to serve as her maid of honor after deciding to rekindle her vows with Mario. Kelly joins Sonja and LuAnn for a girls’ night out because they are both in the Hamptons. They talk shop over cocktails about sex, romance, marriage, and a ton of other lady stuff.
For the upcoming book Secrets of a Jewish Mother, they are co-writing Jill, and her mother, Gloria Kamen. Also, her sister Lisa Deanna Rinna works hard in the city, composing some anecdotes and words of wisdom.
Episode 9 - Stay on Message
Real housewife Jill Zarin hires Jennifer Gilbert to assist her in organizing a holiday party, and the ladies make a new friend in her. When Bethenny learns that her pregnancy has been revealed on PerezHilton.com, she is horrified. When Jill hears about the news, she immediately calls to see if anyone has any additional information.
After receiving a grating text about the pregnancy from Jill, Bethenny tells Alex to let Jill know that she’s had it with her.
Episode 10 - Leap Before You Look
As Alex and Jill are compelled to remain in the same room, tension increases as LuAnne host her “Cocktails and Couture” party. After receiving an unexpected call from her ailing father, Bethenny and her fiancé Jason travel to Los Angeles to see him. Girls night is hosted by New Housewife.
When Jill learns that Ramona is aware that Bethenny’s father was unwell but chooses not to inform her, she erupts again. As they begin to mend their differences, Alex enters and tells Jill that she is treating the passing of Bethenny’s father as unimportant gossip. And Ramona extends an invitation to all the females for a pre-renewal ceremony weekend getaway in the Virgin Islands.
Episode 11 - Housewives Overboard
During Ramona’s one-of-a-kind Renewal Getaway, the women escape the chaos of NYC and let their guards and hair down while soaking in the sun and sipping suds. Bethenny, still in shock at her personal loss, finds solace in her girlfriend’s company. The drama seems far away—that is, until Kelly begins to become a little bit too fixated on going back in time.
LuAnn goes on a fascinating date while working on her new song in the city’s recording studio.
Episode 12 - Sun, Sand, and Psychosis
The ladies are having a quiet breakfast after a night of excess when Kelly and Bethenny get into another dispute, leading to Kelly breaking down on the phone with Jill. The next day, the women put their differences aside while Bethenny makes supper for everyone. However, things don’t go as planned, and disputes persist.
Despite LuAnn’s objections, Jill resolves to visit the Virgin Islands from her home in New York City to find out what’s happening.
Episode 13 – Shunburn
When the ladies discover Kelly has left the island resort in the middle of the night, they are not overly shocked. However, they are taken aback when some unexpected visitors arrive, and Ramona does not extend a warm welcome to them. LuAnn receives two entirely different accounts of the trip from the opposing factions once everyone has returned to New York City.
Episode 14 - Rebuked, Reunited, Renewed
Jill and Bethenny finally had lunch together after months of fighting. Jill believes they can overcome their issues, but Bethenny is less optimistic. LuAnn plays her single, “Money Can’t Buy You, Class,” at her release party and is set to release it.
The other women find LuAnn’s new French boyfriend to be the most exciting debut.
Episode 15 - Reunion Part I
The first segment of the season three reunion special features the reunion of everyone’s favorite Manhattanites. Giving the fans of THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY an additional helping of drama. The reunion features all women on one stage, including Kelly Bensimon, Jill Zarin, LuAnn de Lesseps, Alex McCord, Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, and Sonja Morgan.
