A doctor at a clinic was allegedly hit by Milari Chhangte, the chief minister’s only child, in a recent video that went viral on social media.
The incident video shows Milari Chhangte, daughter of the Chief Minister, approaching the health professional and striking him in the face while other witnesses attempt to stop her.
After the skin specialist declined to meet her without an appointment, Milari lost her cool and erupted in anger. Prior to arriving at the clinic for a consultation, the doctor had requested that she schedule an appointment.
