In Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon, Gina, Emily, and Heather are the housewives from the previous season (Season 15) that are returning, joins with them are Noella Bergener and Jen Armstrong.
The drama escalates when new housewife Noella notes that the newcomer passed along some hurtful remarks while she and Heather were arguing.

Episode 1 - Fancy Pants Is Back
Real housewife Heather Dubrow has returned after a five-year absence. Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson visit Dr. Jen Armstrong for some self-care in the style of the OC. Heather is immediately blushed by her fast-paced, exciting lifestyle when she meets Noella Bergener.
When Shannon Beador reveals the truth about her old friend Nicole James, things go wrong, and Gina and Emily find themselves in an awkward situation. Gina questions whether her vow to Shannon is worth more than her honesty following an unpleasant lunch.
Episode 2 - Loose Lips and Lawsuits
During Heather’s elegant sushi party, Gina and Emily look into a delicious story about Shannon and Heather’s old acquaintance, Nicole. Gina feels obligated to tell the truth as Shannon tries to end the rumor, which sparks a series of heated exchanges that end Heather’s party. When the dust clears,
As Heather and her husband Terry question Shannon’s motivations, Shannon and Noella get closer. While Dr. Jen and her husband Ryne examine their family dynamics, Emily and Shane talk about the importance of faith in their marriage. Gina and Emily try to make apologies after spoiling Heather’s party since they feel bad about it.
Episode 3 - Gone Guy
RHOC Shannon Beador apologizes to the ladies after Heather’s party. However, some of them are more understanding than others. While all is going on, Noella’s husband gives her some surprising news.
While Gina struggles to continue her connection with Shannon, Dr Jen focuses on her relationship with her mother. Emily renews her faith as her daughter gets ready to be baptized in the LDS Church.
Episode 4 - Judge & Jury
The ladies gathered to celebrate Shane’s achievement of passing the California bar. Despite making amends with Gina, Shannon faces a new challenge with Emily. As Noella looks for information about her spouse, her situation becomes more difficult. Heather finds herself in Noella’s sights when she learns of Dr. Jen’s issues with Noella.
Her constant need to experiment with this erroneous moral code makes everything more challenging for Emily. Then, once Shannon has expressed her regret, she tells Shannon that she believes she made a significant mistake by holding back information about the Nicole Sued Terry case from her.
Episode 5 - A Tele-Noella
Shannon expresses her regrets to Heather, but her penance goes beyond. In the meantime, Dr. Jen’s attempt to reconcile with Noella unexpectedly backfires. Gina cautions Heather about other unfavorable remarks Noella has made.
Heather and Noella bond over a spectacular day at the racetrack. Dr. Jen, still shaken up from her altercation with Noella, challenges Emily’s account, but Emily tries her best to clarify the situation.
Episode 6 - Straight Questions, Straight-ish Answers
Heather gives Jen and Emily a spa day, and while there, Jen talks about her marriage. Shannon visits her mother in Nashville and is shocked to learn that her daughter Sophie has a new boyfriend. To celebrate the release of her book, Heather throws a party for her daughter Max, but not before apologizing to Noella.
Heather toasts Max and the uniqueness of her novel. Max expresses gratitude to everybody who attended. They all carry on drinking and eating. Emily is wasted.
She has a small argument with her spouse about dozing off before sex the other night. She then remarks to Jen about making amends with her ex. Gina feels the need to return home.
Episode 7 - Wild Cards
The women are transported to Cabo San Lucas by private jet, thanks to Heather. Noella is left behind after receiving a last-minute invitation from Gina.
The group enjoys some time in the sun while Jen confides Heather about her struggles to maintain balance at home. The temperature escalates as soon as Noella arrives, and Gina finds herself in the center of everything.
Episode 8 - Sweat, Lies, and Pornography
The women fight to maintain their composure as Cabo heats up and secrets are exposed. While Jen’s suffering tests Emily’s emotional stability, she turns internally for answers.
Gina wonders if her investment in Noella is worthwhile as Heather pursues real estate. And despite Shannon’s efforts to maintain calm, she fuels the fire, setting off a series of dramatic occurrences.
Episode 9 - Runaway Husband
On the girls’ last night in Cabo, tensions rise. While Shannon works to strengthen her relationships with Heather and Emily, Gina starts to question her friendship with Noella from her time in the OC. At Emily’s game night, Dr Jen Armstrong and Ryne’s marriage comes to a crossroads.
Episode 10 - Edible Derangements
Dr. Jen says her marriage is in peril and asks the women’s assistance when Shannon invites them home for lunch. Emily and Noella unintentionally disagree when Emily questions some of the specifics of her divorce.
While Gina learns that her startup is not warmly appreciated, Heather spends time with her family. Heather and Shannon consume an edible.
Episode 11 - Wined, Dined and Ryned
Emily manages her father’s ongoing relationship issues while getting ready for Annabelle’s baptism. Gina receives support from Heather as she purges her closet and lets go of her marriage.
Gina accuses Shannon of being jealous of her, and Shannon stews over the accusation, while Noella receives much-needed closure from her divorce proceedings. To mend their relationship, Heather throws Dr. Jen and Ryne a dinner party. However, Dr. Jen overindulges, and the evening almost doesn’t work out.
Episode 12 - Apples and Oranges
Shannon invites Emily, Noella, and Jen over for supper while Heather and Gina travel to New York. While Dr. Jen works on strengthening her marriage and herself, Heather and Gina reminisce about their shared support of one another.
After a long separation, Heather and Gina finally catch up with their friends in the OC. Videos of the pool party instantly prompt Gina to FaceTime Emily to ask her about them.
Episode 13 - Mind Blown
Women’s professional life is blossoming. Dr. Jen is getting ready to start a new business venture, Heather and Terry are celebrating the end of a new project, and Emily is meeting with an exoneree as part of The Innocence Project.
Noella is at odds with Dr. Jen again, making her wonder if she should revoke an invitation to an event she is hosting. Simmering emotions ultimately explode when Shannon and Gina confront one another over accusations of jealousy.
Episode 14 - The Exorcism of Gina
Tensions between Gina and Shannon are getting worse. Shannon retaliates angrily when Heather chooses to confront her about her unsolved issues.
Emily wants to celebrate her marriage to Shane, but Gina calls in reinforcements to help her battle her Cabo demons. Noella learns startling news just as the women band together to support Gina’s business launch.
Episode 15 - When in Aspen...
For some much-needed rest and fresh air, the women travel to Aspen. Noella and Heather fight over the main bedroom as soon as they arrive.
Shannon starts to doubt her relationship with Emily. An enjoyable dinner is ruined when the women start arguing about the mounting tension.
Episode 16 - Mountain of Lies
Noella progresses toward her divorce but has trouble controlling her feelings. To scare the other women, Emily and Shannon come to terms and form a team. Heather begins to doubt her friendships as Noella pushes Gina past her breaking point.
Episode 17 - A Band of Housewives
Noella confronts Heather about stories that she overheard at Heather’s sushi party. Gina and Shannon make an effort to keep their relationship intact.
Emily and Shane take pleasure in their dream wedding photo shoot as a way to remember their union. Her friends form a group to support Shannon in realizing her dream of becoming a rock star.
Episode 18 - Reunion Part 1
The women of Orange County get together once more to talk about season 16. A discussion about Heather’s homecoming causes Shannon’s old scars to reemerge. There are doubts raised about Noella’s divorce narrative.
Emily is made to confront terrible things from her past. Gina and Shannon’s simmering resentment for one another reaches a boiling point.
Episode 19 - Reunion Part 2
In RHOC Season Reunion,the bond between Gina and Shannon is still in doubt as the reunion comes to a close. Dr. Jen shares details about her marriage. Shannon talks about her upcoming chapter.As they talk about the emotional ups and downs of their journey to Aspen, Noella challenges everyone to a duel.
