The TikTok star's family has been the topic of conversation due to the numerous dramas they encountered.
Sheri Nicole Easterling, the mother of Addison Rae, is in the news after accompanying Yung Gravy to the VMAs, where the two even exchanged passionate kisses on the red carpet.
Their red carpet debut at the VMAs and the formalization of their relationship were two things they had been looking forward to since they initially ignited dating rumors at the beginning of July, according to PEOPLE.
Their relationship began as a result of the two exchanging romantic TikTok videos, which Easterling’s ex-husband Monty Lopez was not amused by because he had attempted to bring Gravy to a boxing fight.
“I’m a grown man. I’m not gonna fight you over TikTok drama,” the 26-year-old rapper responded. “You’ve got one of the most successful daughters in the world.”
“And you decide to act half her age to try to get some attention while embarrassing your whole family. So grow up, get some help, and if we cross paths in real life, don’t do anything stupid.”
During his appearance on the BFFs podcast at the beginning of August, Gravy, whose real name is Matthew Raymond Hauri, added that Addison’s mother made the first move.
“She basically showed some love and DMed me at one point,” he disclosed. “So I started showing some love back and now we’re just being cute… We’re making videos back and forth and sending little wholesome DMs.”
The artist spoke in greater depth about their online interactions with the mother of three during the VMAs preshow prior to meeting in person, saying, “I’m from the furthest north it gets, she’s from the furthest south it gets.”
“I’m into MILFs and she’s kind of the queen of MILFs, so I figured it was just a perfect match.”
As we previously reported, Addison Rae’s father Monty Lopez, was caught cheating with a teenager named Renée Ash, who also revealed that she met him through a friend and that they started dating in March.
Furthermore, Ash alleged that Lopez mislead her about his marriage and even told her they were going to be together and have children. She even met his mother and younger brother to introduce her at one point.
