She’s not going to let it slide this time.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Diana Jenkins has finally took action about the defamatory remarks circulating around her and decided to issue a cease and desist order to numerous outlets including one former Bravo star.

Jenkins took to Instagram to reveal her move along with a picture of the eight cease-and-desist letters she sent to different persons with the assistance of her lawyer, J. Erik Connolly, who drafted them.

“For too long, irresponsible journalists, bloggers and social media commentators have spread hurtful lies about me without consequences,” she captioned the post. “I will no longer sit back and allow them to smear my name with impunity.”

“I have instructed my lawyers to take whatever action is necessary to remove these false statements and to pursue justice from those who have been spreading lies about me.”

“We launched the campaign today by sending legal letters to Enty Lawyer, Jezebel, Gawker, Heavy and others. I will not stop until justice is served. #RHOBH #Justice #RetractTheLies #ResponsibleJournalism,” she concluded.

According to court documents acquired by The Daily Mail, the real housewife strongly demanded that the claims be dropped and that she receive an apology. Additionally, according to her attorney, Enty Lawyer must publish a notice admitting that there is “no factual basis for any” of the claims in order to stop future legal action.

“Your continued publication of these statements, both on your own websites and social media accounts and in connection with other media outlets, will be met with immediate legal action by Ms. Jenkins,” Connolly’s statement reads.

“Ms. Jenkins has never engaged in the illegal and immoral activities you have repeatedly accused her of doing,” the statement added. “It should go without saying, but it shall be said to avoid any confusion, Ms. Jenkins has never engaged in prostitution, child sex trafficking, embezzlement, money laundering, or any of the other assortment of misdeeds you have claimed.”

Given that this user spread numerous lies about Jenkins on social media, Enty Lawyer is undoubtedly one of the people who will receive the most attention from this cease-and-desist order. This comes after his claim that Jenkins had a history of connections with the late Jeffrey Epstein, who was charged with sex trafficking by several women.

Jenkins believes that everything is connected to “Room 23,” an infamous book she wrote in 2009 that featured graphic images of models or celebrities, as per TMZ. Her purported involvement in high-level Hollywood prostitution has been the subject of rumors ever since the publication of the book.

She had already denied those rumors, but since they had continued, she decided to take action and refute them once more through these cease-and-desist letters. The Bravo star hasn’t, however, yet filed any lawsuits.
