Episode 1 - Ciao, Napoli!
As the motor yacht crew, Talisman Maiton, cruises the fabled Italian coast, another charter season in the Mediterranean begins. After almost losing his job the previous season (Season 2), Chef Adam Glick is back and ready to make amends with Capt Sandy Yawn. He’s also determined to stay in the kitchen and avoid love triangles.
Returning chief stew Hannah Ferrier, who is starting her seventh season in yachting, is torn between pursuing a career as a yachtie and looking to settle down and have a family.
Episode 2 - A Perfect Storm
After receiving complaints, the crew must fend off demanding charter passengers to keep Captain Sandy at bay. Joao Franco and Kasey Cohen meet while on a guest trip to Capri, where Kasey reveals disturbing details about her private life. When a violent storm hits,
Jamie Jason and Hannah struggle to prevent their season from ending before it has even started. Captain Sandy chooses who to believe after a charter guest lies to Hannah. After a crazy night with the crew, Hannah and Joao get into a fight.
Episode 3 - Bad Vibrations
Joao Franco must deal with the repercussions of his intoxicated alter ego, Jezabob, after a rough night out, during which he argued with Hannah and confessed his attraction to Brooke Laughton.
Conrad’s failure to appoint a night watch is still contention for Joo, who keeps threatening to confront Captain Sandy about it. He also mentioned it to Conrad, as Jamie had instructed him to do so.
Episode 4 - Demand & Supply
Sandy attacks the interior squarely, leaving Adam to defend himself. Hannah confronts Conrad Empson about her emotions. After Jamie unintentionally oversleeps, Joao is stern with her. Having overcome her seasickness, Kasey
Hannah shifts her attention and irritation to the sluggish progress of her third stew. The crew barely keeps up as a new charter begins to meet the request. While Joao and Travis continue their deep dive to set the situation, Captain Sandy continues her ongoing struggle with the sirocco’s anchors.
Episode 5 - Can I Get Fries with That?
The main and her visitors keep the pressure on the staff, which aggravates Adam and Hannah. Brooke maintains her composure despite being upset over missing her sister’s wedding. Since they kissed the previous night, Bosun Conrad Epsom is unsure if their relationship has altered.
The next deck is Captain Sandy, who pays close attention to everything Hannah and Conrad joke about saying when they set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Adam is getting in Hannah’s way because she is adhering to the super-yacht guideline of never saying no to the guests.
Episode 6 - Hasta Barista, Baby!
When Hannah discovers Kasey lied about her credentials, her continuing battle with her underwhelming Third Stew reaches a breaking point. Conrad’s growing affection for Hannah causes him to be distracted from his responsibilities, which worries Captain Sandy.
Adam is thrilled to learn that he has complete control over the galley with his new charter guests after a meal charter goes wrong. Joao’s excellent work ethic is also rewarded by Captain Sandy, much to Conrad’s dismay.
Episode 7 - Walking on Broken Glass
As Brooke and Kasey continue to get contradictory messages from Joao, which leads to them confronting him, the love triangle becomes more intense. Adam is motivated to improve his cooking skills for the remainder of the season after spending the evening at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
While his relationship with Sandy deteriorates, Conrad’s feelings for Hannah grow stronger. Hannah is disappointed by Sandy’s lavish praise for Kasey. When one of the subsequent charter guests’ key demands is not met, the stews go into a frenzy. Joao and Hannah pick another fight, further dividing the crew.
Episode 8 - Bizarre Love Triangle
Joao receives accolades from Captain Sandy for setting up all the water toys while serving as the sole deckie as the crew works hard to prepare a magical picnic for the visitors on the island of Capri. Choppy seas later force Captain Sandy to steer the boat during dinner service to assist a seasick charter passenger.
Captain Sandy declares a crew holiday once the visitors have left, and Brooke throws Hannah a phony birthday dock party. During the celebration, it seems as though Kasey is winning the love triangle, causing Brooke to decide whether to take a gamble and choose Joao or risk missing out on the celebration.
Episode 9 - Pani at the Deck-o
Joao completes the love triangle, confusing Kasey. Hannah feels betrayed by Brooke when she pursues a connection with Joao during the crew’s day off. While out hunting for food and preparing for his shot at redemption, Adam worries about the arrival of the previous season’s charter guests.
When Hannah doesn’t feel supported by Conrad, tensions increase, and she becomes anxious. Jamie also gets quite unwell, so Captain Sandy has to put together a charter while her chief stew is off for a mental health day and one deckhand is confined.
Episode 10 - Hannah, Hannah, Sandy
Hannah and Jamie are both injured, so Captain Sandy intervenes to help her crew. When Kenny, a guest on the charter, wants an impromptu beach lunch, Adam feels his redemption chance has been thwarted. It’s calmer sailing as Brooke and Kasey step up to fill the vacuum left by being down a stew.
Conrad struggles with the decision of whether to be Hannah’s support system or to reassure Sandy that he is doing his part on the team. Hannah also crosses a line with Sandy that can lead to the early conclusion of her charter season.
Episode 11 - Mo' Euros, Mo' Problems
Hannah disobeys an explicit instruction, which puts Captain Sandy’s patience under strain. Adam focuses on serving up another dinner without onions. At the same time, Kenny and Amber, the charter guests, wait for him to finish his atonement.
When Joao overhears Kasey cautioning Brooke about his flirty methods, he feels betrayed. Conrad and Hannah get into a fight about their completely different lifestyles.
Episode 12 - Take This Job and Stew It
Given their opposing worldviews, Hannah and Conrad rethink whether they can live in harmony outside the boat. Hannah’s work ethic is the subject of complaints from Brooke and Kasey, while Jamie’s diligence is commended.
Joao and Kasey pick up their friendship again, which makes Brooke wonder about his motivations. Hannah puts on her best stew face when Sandy’s pals rent the yacht, knowing that it’s make-or-break time.
Episode 13 - We Used to Be Friends
Hannah and Joao are extremely disdainful of one another, and this hatred only intensifies when Hannah is upset. Additionally, on the first day of the charter, the boat is stranded at the dock due to heavy winds.
Meanwhile, Brooke and Kasey put Hannah’s leadership abilities to the test. And Colin Macy-O’Toole has the guts to confess his emotions for Brooke, which he has been harboring all season.
Episode 14 - Stew Coup
Hannah challenges Kasey and Brooke on the inner hierarchy. The primary charter guest requests that the crew take part in a trust-building exercise using arrows, which makes everyone fear for their safety.
The issue of Adam not cooking for the staff is ultimately resolved, and Colin receives a surprise visit that makes him cry. The relationship between Hannah and Conrad reaches a breaking point, and Joao gets into trouble with Brooke after being exposed for flirting.
Episode 15 - One Million Percent
Adam rises to the situation with his crew meals and ends all the chitchat. While Joao makes a startling confession to Kasey that might complicate matters, Hannah and Conrad struggle with the many stages of a boat breakup.
Episode 16 - Not Prague
Hannah starts a fight with Joao and Brooke, which makes the polite Brooke begin a battle of her own.
The final dinner that Adam serves leaves the guests dumbfounded. Joao’s unexpected revelation to Kasey solidifies his affection for Brooke.
Conrad’s attempt to avoid Hannah backfires when she makes an offer he can’t turn down. Joao Franco confessed to Kasey Cohen that Brooke Laughton would not be the woman he is presently having an affair with if she had been seated next to him at Hannah’s birthday.
