Season 4 of Married of Medicine debuts alongside Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Lisa Nicole Cloud, Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, and Mariah Huq.
Mariah Huq is back this season after taking a little vacation from the women last season (Season 3) as she recovered from her miscarriage.

Episode 1 - New Beginnings
Lisa Nicole Cloud is preoccupied with babies, and Quad Webb has a new baby in her home. Simone Whitmore and her husband, Cecil Whitmore get used to living apart.
Dr. Jacqueline Walters is advancing up the ladder. While Heavenly Kimes only stirs the pot, Toya Bush Harris has severe problems with the IRS. Lisa Nicole hurls a party.
Episode 2 - Forecast: Clouds with 100% Chance of Shade
Everyone mulls over Lisa Nicole’s party’s leftovers. To Quad, Simone extends a hand. Toya learns that Genise doesn’t think Heavenly is all that heavenly.
Lisa complains to Mariah Huq about Toya’s behavior since she has chosen to invite all the women to a party to celebrate fresh beginnings.
Episode 3 - Her Father's Daughter
As a result of Mariah’s “new beginnings” celebration, Genise and Heavenly start a new argument, while Toya and Lisa’s friendship deteriorates. Jackie tries to persuade Curtis to leave the suburbs for the city.
Simone makes contact with her relatives. Alaura gives Heavenly some counsel, and Toya and Mariah attempt to patch things up.
Episode 4 - The Father, The Son, and Heavenly's Spirit
Jackie, Quad, and Simone travel to Nashville to find Simone’s missing father. Heavenly engages in introspection with Jewel Tankard, and Lisa and Darren also get professional assistance. Toya and Eugene must handle Avery’s behavior issues at school.
Episode 5 - The Breast-est of Friends
Beginning a new business venture together, Heavenly and Lisa Nicole quickly become adversarial as Heavenly expresses her actual thoughts regarding Lisa’s marriage. With a transexual patient who needs gender reassignment surgery, Simone is back at work. Jackie’s charity photo shoot without a top goes awry.
Episode 6 - It's my Prom, and I'll Throw Down if I want to!
The girls are still in disbelief that Jackie did throw them out. Darren must take responsibility for abandoning Lisa’s intentions to become a parent. Simone receives long-awaited information regarding her father. At Toya’s birthday party, things between Mariah and Quad later reached a boiling point.
Episode 7 - Is there Life after Prom?
Quad and Mariah’s friendship is in jeopardy. Dr. G’s birthday party is planned by Quad, who doesn’t want Mariah bringing her problems.
Toya acknowledges the harsh reality that she can no longer maintain her desired standard of living, but she hesitates when it comes time to make changes. Heavenly’s patience is put to the test by Lisa’s behavior.
Episode 8 - Brutally Honest Makeover
Toya and Eugene struggle with the decision to downsize their home. Jackie and Curtis are on the verge of breaking up as Jackie’s profession continue to come before their marriage.
Mariah and Simone get together to restart their friendship, but a shocking revelation makes Mariah unsure. The girls have a spa day from Toya, but when Lisa announces she won’t lay down for Toya anymore, tensions rise.
Episode 9 - Hawaii Five Solo
Most couples accompany Simone and Cecil as they go to Hawaii to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. Dr. Darren is not in the picture. Therefore Lisa is operating alone. While Mariah gets off to a bad start, Dr. Jackie comes with some baggage of her own.
Episode 10 - Hawaii Five - Uh Oh
Day two of their trip to Hawaii has arrived. Dr. Darren is still missing, and Jackie is still in shock after her single trip. The group opens up completely, but Lisa and Heavenly’s conversation is everything but helpful.
When Toya tries to rally the group around Lisa and her marriage problems, a traditional Hawaiian luau may be just what the group needs.
Episode 11 - Coconut Bras and Brawls
Simone has one more surprise for the women on their final day in Hawaii. Jackie and her Look Book need a picture shoot, which Quad arranges, but a new argument with Mariah threatens to derail everything.
Mariah reveals her true feelings for Quad when she returns to Atlanta. Jackie tries to fix the problems in her marriage, but Curtis won’t give in.
Episode 12 - Brazilian Bombshells
Heavenly and Lisa Nicole must collaborate, given that their conference is coming up in just one week. But as soon as Heavenly learns that Lisa hasn’t been entirely truthful about their collaboration, the entire group is forced to choose a side.
Quad has to enjoy herself after months of caring for her family, so she goes all out for her 35th birthday bash. Toya and Eugene take the last step in their financial journey.
Episode 13 - The Devil is Busy
Although Toya and Eugene downsized their house, their new CPA now wants them to cut their spending plan. Curtis receives a sweet surprise from Jackie.
Lisa Nicole and Heavenly continue to feud as they hold opposing press conferences. At Toya’s party, tensions rise as Lisa, and Heavenly finally meet off for the big showdown.
Episode 14 - Breast Friends
The women are still fighting at Toya’s BBQ, and things go violent when Mariah tries to step in. When Heavenly experiences a moral dilemma, she turns to her spiritual adviser while Lisa, Nicole, and Darren work to put the pieces back together.
Dr. Jackie is hopeful that the impending sneak peeks of her lookbook would serve as a setting for friendships to reconnect and heal.
Episode 15 - Reunion, Pt. 1
moments of the season. Toya confronts her tax issues. Lisa Nicole defends herself against the other women’s questions regarding her marriage and business dealings. Mariah airs her complaints to Heavenly.
EPISODE 16 - Reunion, Pt. 2
Andy invites the husbands to share their perspectives in the second installment of the reunion. Jackie surprises everyone by revealing details about her relationship with Curtis. Darren confronts the women about the false accusations he can’t escape.
Simone relives her darkest moments from the agonizing search for her father, and Lisa emerges as his harshest critic. After resolving the challenges, both old and new.
