New friendships are put to the test in “Southern Charm’s” fourth season, while longtime relationships start to deteriorate. Thomas will now take on the role of Mr. Mom to their two children since he and Kathryn have divorced. In Charleston, Kathryn is concentrating on starting again, reaching out to past adversaries to forge a successful future.
Cameran must make a decision about having children as she approaches her 33rd birthday. She must also choose how to support Shep in staying on the straight and narrow after a doctor’s visit rocks his world. Austen, Shep’s protege, joins the gang and is keen to demonstrate that he is not the new Shep.
Landon ultimately launches her internet start-up business as Craig discovers that after years of fabricating lies, he has become the group’s outcast. Whitney Sudler Smith was relegated to the buddy role after Season 3, but he continued to work on the program as its creator and executive producer.

Episode 1 - While the Kat's Away...
Thomas Ravenel has complete custody of his kids and successfully adapted to life as a single parent by giving up his former playboy way of life. Shepard Rose, though, is still Charleston’s resident bachelor and has a new sidekick, Austen Kroll.
Cameran Eubanks still determined to see Shepard find love, believes she knows just the right woman who can seduce Shep. With a new boyfriend and a goal to make her travel website successful, Landon Clements has returned to Charleston.
Kathryn Dennis has returned from treatment after spending some time there. Thomas claims she refuses to submit to a drug test.
Episode 2 - Roamin' Holiday
Kathryn’s trip to Malibu was more than simply surfing and sunbathing as Cameran saw motherhood. However, Shep leaves their camaraderie on the field and confronts Craig Conover about the true nature of his law practice.
A new romance starts to develop as Landon gets ready to launch her business. Thomas decides he needs a stepmother for his kids.
Episode 3 - Step and Release
Craig makes an effort to mature by assisting Naomie in organizing a fundraiser, but the gaps in their respective planning philosophies raise the possibility of their relationship breaking down. Thomas decides it’s time to reestablish his friendship with Landon.
Kathryn begins to act more responsibly. After Shep and Chelsea Meissner have a beautiful evening together, Cameran’s matchmaking abilities finally pay off. Austen steps in to fill Shep’s shoes when he departs the city.
Episode 4 - ShepWrecked
Craig criticizes Thomas’ parenting style as Kathryn struggles with supervised visits with her kids. While Craig meddles in his friends’ affairs, his relationship with Naomie is beginning to deteriorate.
Whitney confronts Landon about Thomas on Shep’s birthday. Cameran tries to persuade Shep that winning Chelsea back is still possible.
Episode 5 - Craig of All Trades, Master of None
While Thomas takes a risk by asking Landon out, Cameran explores paranormal possibilities. Over a basketball game, Shep confronts Austen about breaking the bro code and experiences a health scare. She becomes enraged when Naomie finds out about Craig’s most recent attempt.
Episode 6 - To Liver and Die in Charleston
Shep learns some unexpected information concerning his health. As Thomas and Landon’s relationship is tested during dinner at Patricia’s house, Austen and Chelsea’s relationship deepens, and the mood is one of love.
In addition, Craig finally secures a deal for an investment property even as things with Naomie go worse. Jennifer holds a Sip and See to commemorate the birth of her new baby.
Episode 7 - Fowl Play
Patricia keeps urging Landon and Thomas to get along as Kathryn mulls a meeting with her children’s father. Shep arranges a getaway for the group as Craig and Naomie try to mend fences. Cameran is forced to admit defeat when Chelsea is duped by Austen’s hunting expertise.
Episode 8 - Sari, Not Sari...
Austen and Chelsea continue to get along better as Craig and Naomie go to therapy. Austen and Landon are introduced to Shep at a bar. Kathryn sends a letter to Thomas in the hopes that they can now continue.
A Native American healer who predicts the gangs’ destiny is invited to Patricia’s supper to celebrate her new caftan line. The biggest surprise for the group is Whitney’s admission that Kathryn has also tried to get in touch with him.
Episode 9 - Guess Who's Coming to Lunch
Following the commotion of Patricia’s supper, it appears that sure predictions are coming true. Cameran decides to accompany a surprise guest to determine if Kathryn has indeed altered her ways.
Craig and Austen talk about Shep’s potential to have Chelsea on his mind still. Landon gets ready to break off a potential relationship, but it appears she won’t be able to.
Episode 10 - The Hangover
Patricia continues her efforts to become Landon and Kensie’s new stepmother. Thomas and Kathryn end their impasse to celebrate their son’s birthday.
Craig receives the keys to his new home. He finally demonstrates that he is an adult, causing Cameran to reconsider being a mother. Cameran offers to show Shep a house once he decides he needs to leave the city.
Episode 11 - Boys Gone Wild
Thomas agrees to allow Kathryn to photograph Kensie for a photo session. The reality of their predicament becomes apparent and can no longer be denied. Craig and Naomie debate whether they should stay together. Friendships are tested when Chelsea tells Austen about a late-night encounter with Shep.
Episode 12 - A Tribe Called Key West
As the group travels to the South for Cam’s birthday, tensions are at an all-time high. Austen questions Chelsea’s dedication to their relationship, and Craig is in hot water with Naomie.
Kathryn reveals new, unsettling details concerning Thomas and Landon’s connection. At a group meal, she confronts Landon in person, and turmoil results.
Episode 13 - Ain't No Thang Like a Chicken Wing
The Key West apologies from Landon and Kathryn shock the entire South. Craig and Naomie decide the future of their relationship while Chelsea and Austen battle to define theirs.
While Shep continues to spiral, Kathryn and Thomas appear to be on the mend. Old emotions resurface as everyone meets for JD’s party, and Shep pushes Craig to his breaking point.
Episode 14 – Reunion Part 1
The Southern Charm ensemble recaps the season in the first two-part reunion. As Craig and Naomie discuss their love, Cameran reveals her most recent accessory. Austen demonstrates that he is a more empathetic version of his instructor.
Shep continues to berate Craig and Landon. The cast is speechless as Thomas issues a threat and Kathryn and Jennifer discuss their old friendship.
Episode 15 – Reunion Part 2
Landon and Kathryn quarrel about the specifics of Landon and Thomas’ claimed three-day tryst during the dramatic end of the Southern Charm reunion. Whitney also explains why he believes Austen exaggerates as Chelsea confronts Shep about the terrible night at the Commodore.
Andy also offers a sneak preview of the new series Relationshep and attempts to determine which of the guys was being the meanest drunk.
