Dana White

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is a mixed martial arts company worldwide, and Dana White, an American businessman, is its president. Dana underwent a remarkable body transformation, losing 13 kg compared to how his body had previously appeared.

Recently, the 53-year-old posted an Instagram photo, flexing his much more fit body and abs, as well as revealed that the overall process only took him 10 weeks to achieve. This comes after a DNA analyst estimated that he had 10.4 years to live.

In an interview with Action Junkeez, the businessman also expressed how he was feeling, saying, “I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god; I feel like I’m 35 again.”

Dana White took care of his physical condition after receiving a 10.4-year prognosis.

Gary Brecka from 10X Health System diagnosed Dana White, who appeared to have been a longtime supporter of the healthcare organization, and gave him 10.4 years to live. This diagnosis caused Dana to reevaluate his lifestyle and take action.

In the same podcast conversation, the MMA pioneer discussed some of the things he did to not only appear fit but also to improve his health and defy the predictions. Additionally, he remembered how he had met this man and conducted DNA testing on him by scraping the inside of his cheeks.

“So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work,” Dana shared. “He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work.”

Despite the scary prognosis he had received following the DNA testing, Gary assured him that if he followed his instructions precisely for the following ten weeks, it would change his life. He complied by doing everything exactly as instructed, leading to a weight loss of 30 pounds.

“I lost 30 pounds. My legs were so f—-d up thirteen weeks ago, I couldn’t tie my shoes—no more sleep apnea. I don’t snore; everything is gone in ten f—–g weeks,” Dana revealed. “I have been working with doctors for ten years, and they haven’t been able to do anything.”

Following a ketogenic diet is one of the directions Gary Brecka sent Dana White in the letter, along with other instructions. Following a ketogenic diet, in Gary’s opinion, provides both required fats and essential amino acids.

“This guy is incredible, and he can literally change your life,” the Ultimate Fighting Championship said, amazed. “I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god, I feel like I’m 35 again.”

A low-carb, high-fat diet known as the ketogenic diet causes the body to experience higher levels of ketosis — where your body uses fat as its primary source of fuel instead of glucose from carbohydrates. It has been linked to numerous medical advantages, such as weight loss and treatment for a number of serious illnesses, such as fighting diabetes.

The fact that Dana White is the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship indicates that he is pretty active in the gym. Dana’s workout routine includes boxing, weightlifting, and running.

Dana recently shared a photo of himself inside a gym, flexing his now-much more toned body and abs. His body has improved more than before, showing how dedicated he is to his journey to becoming healthy.

In a 2021 interview with Men’s Journal, Dana disclosed the specifics of his workout routine. As a matter of fact, he weighed 217 pounds at the time, but by stepping up his workouts, he was able to lose over 20 pounds in just four weeks, coming in at 196.

“I’m glad Men’s Fitness came along,” he remarked. “I need a reason to work out. I’ve been boxing my whole life, so I get bored with it sometimes. When I get bored of boxing, I’ll get more into lifting weights. We’re trying to get my bench to 315 now.”

His workout routine involves shadowboxing for three rounds after a few minutes of skipping laterally around a boxing ring to warm up. Dana then engages in four to six rounds of concentrate mitt punching after that.

Later on, the businessman uses the treadmill for his mile run. He would also perform nine minutes of jumping rope. Dana revealed that he alternates heavy and light days for his weight training routine, concentrating on his chest, shoulders, and triceps one day and his back, legs, and biceps the next. He claims that chest day requires a lot of time.

“I don’t do any heavy weight now. I do all light weight and make sure every movement is perfect—and I do it for reps.”

Moreover, Dana shared that he likes food and enjoys eating, which is why he works out. Secondly, he exercises with the intention of avoiding weight gain and injury.
