In Season 8 of “Shahs of Sunset,” Reza learns that he and his husband Adam might disagree on a crucial life decision, which puts him at a crossroads in his personal life. Mercedes feels abandoned by her friends, who she alleges did not visit her in the hospital after MJ nearly died giving birth to her baby boy, Shams.
Nema tries to help Reza and MJ face their problems while his connection with his parents continues to be strained. Inadvertently, he creates a gap of his own. Sara, a friend of Reza’s who is new to the group, tries to keep above the fray but finds it difficult to fit in with the rowdy bunch.

Episode 1 - Naked Jenga and Afraid
The Shahs are back and have become adults. Reza Farahan and Golnesa Gharachedaghi decide to put their differences behind them, although GG has not yet made up with Destiney for their reunion fight. Newly single Nema Vand is prepared to socialize, while Mike Shouhed brags that his lousy boy ways are behind him now that he has found the love of his life.
In the previous season, Reza Farahan obtained a restraining order against Tommy Feight. Feight allegedly threatened to kill Farahan.
Episode 2 - A Very Shouhed Passover
Reza confronts the individual spreading false information about his husband and learns a startling discovery about Mercedes Javid. Destiney Rose is then left in the center of the confusion.
Over Passover weekend, Mike is ready to embark on one of his most extensive business endeavors over the opposition of his loved ones. GG sends everyone on an unusual journey to hasten the onset of her conception.
Episode 3 - I Want You to Be My Muddy Buddy
Reza rejects Destiney’s attempts to apologize as the team prepares for a mud run. In her IVF process, GG covertly goes through the implantation procedure. Mike and his father square off over a significant business endeavor that Mike wants to carry out on his own.
Episode 4 - The Persian Hangover
Reza, Destiney, and Sara travel to Vegas to showcase Reza’s brand-new “Reza Be Obsessed” collection. However, the situation changes when Destiney develops feelings for newcomer Sara’s brother, Sam. In her IVF process, GG covertly goes through the implantation procedure. In between headbutts from Mike and Nema, MJ talks about her anger with Reza.
Episode 5 - Great Persian Bakeoff
After a crazy night with the group, Destiney tries to maneuver a difficult position in Vegas. Nema tries to get in touch with his Persian heritage. Paulina is currently embroiled in a fight between Mike and Nema. GG plans a cooking class for the group to bond but wonders how much longer she can conceal her pregnancy.
Episode 6 - Pool Party Massacre
While considering the repercussions of keeping her IVF a secret from the group, GG starts to worry that drama would unnecessarily harm her health. Due to Destiney’s affair with Sara’s brother, while the group was in Vegas, Sara and Destiney were at odds. Nema’s accusations against Mike and Paulina are haunting him.
Episode 7 - Don't Mess with Destiney
Reza’s confrontation with MJ at the pool party leads to Tommy taking matters into his own hands, which widens the rift between the Shahs. GG completes her divorce just as she’s about to break some shocking news to the crew. Destiney’s Arizona event goes wrong, and to make matters worse, Nema, Mike, and Shervin back her into a corner, leaving her helpless.
Episode 8 - Vida's Court
Reza catches Destiney by surprise in Arizona and is furious to learn that Nema, Mike, and Shervin might be supporting MJ. MJ arranges a surprise retirement party for her mother, Vida, in the meanwhile. For what can only be the apex of the lunacy, MJ and Destiney finally cross paths.
Episode 9 - The Shady Bunch
The crew comes together for GG as she undergoes emergency surgery. Tommy and MJ consult a lawyer about Reza’s accusations against them. Reza lashes out at Nema for interfering in his private life.
Episode 10 - Country Fried Persians
Sam’s birthday surprise from Destiney raises some doubts once she discovers another side to him. While his ex-lover Erica finally quits his company, Nema prepares for his “Boots ‘N Brews” event. As the entire team, including MJ, prepares for his event, MJ and Reza finally have a face-to-face encounter.
Episode 11 - Le'ing with the Devil
For Paulina’s birthday, Mike gives her a surprise trip to Hawaii and extends an invitation to the entire team. While Nema and Mike have Botox to get ready for the journey, Paulina arranges a night out with the girls hoping to establish some common ground. When the Shahs arrive in the Aloha State, tensions rise, making for an unforgettable luau.
Episode 12 - The Persian Shore
Paulina Shah turns 29 this year, so the Shah family is traveling to Hawaii to honor her. Mike and Paulina become upset when MJ says something crude. The ongoing tension between Nema and GG is exacerbated by their tendency to overindulge.
Episode 13 - Bye, Bye, Ms. Iranian Pie
The Shahs are back in Los Angeles for the season’s last episode. GG is getting ready for yet another IVF process. To put their parent’s divorce to rest, Nema, his sister Mona, and their father get together. A Sip ‘N See is hosted by MJ for baby Shams.
When Mike supports his girlfriend Paulina and not MJ, Destiney finds herself in the center of the conflict. Everyone is invited to Sara’s Fourth of July party, which she is preparing for. A secret that Reza had been holding to himself is revealed.
Episode 14 - Reunion Part 1
The Shahs start off the reunion by immediately stirring things up. After speaking with Mercedes’ opinionated mother, Vida, Mercedes and Tommy have news to deliver to their pals that will change their lives.
Reza recalls the difficult obstacles that brought him and his husband to the verge of divorcing each other. Adam is also present. Talk of his most recent failed relationship prompts
Episode 15 - Reunion Part 2
The cast continues to narrate a series of thrilling highs and trying lows as the dramatic sit-down unfolds. The exhausting quest for her father is revisited by Destiney, who also relates what she learned about him.
While Mike and Reza grapple with the lingering effects of their fallout in Las Vegas, Nema and Golnesa open up about just how far their flirty encounters went.
