The reality star is in the news again. This time, it’s for handing over the wrong earrings to bank trustees. Jayne was supposed to hand over her prized $750,000 earrings to the trustees but instead gave them a less valuable pair.
This information was validated by Ronald Richards, a criminal defense and civil litigation attorney from Beverly Hills, who made a claim on Twitter on November 23.
He wrote: “We can safely report that the earrings that Erika Girardi gave to the Trustee are NOT the same earrings on the sales invoice aka as the replacement earrings purchased through a tax fraud by Tom Girardi where he falsely claimed the $750k check was a court cost.”
The legal repercussions Jayne will experience were raised in a Twitter reply from someone, to which he responded, “For starters she should return the pair that’s referenced in the invoice.”

This stunning revelation was first reported by The Daily Mail, just a few days after it was revealed that the “Pretty Mess” founder’s valuable earrings were going to be sold at a much-reduced price.
As we previously reported, the real housewife and Tom were slammed with a lawsuit, accusing them of embezzling compensation money from families who lost loved ones in a 2018 Boeing plane tragedy.
Jayne has been requested to give up a pair of her $750,000 diamond earrings back in January since the trustee alleged that Tom acquired the earrings in 2007 using money from a client trust account at his business, Girardi Keese.
On the trust account, the jewelry transaction was reportedly written off as a “cost.” Because of this, the trustee has demanded that the earrings be returned and sold to pay off Tom’s debts.
