The Los Angeles native purchased a property in Montecito, California, a coastal town that is so popular with celebrities, in September 2022. The legendary talk show host Oprah Winfrey, who still owns property nearby, sold Aniston the Mediterranean-style home.

Going back to the year 2001, Jennifer and Brad Pitt spent $13.1 million on a 12,000 square-foot Beverly Hills mansion in the French Normandy style one year after their marriage. However, following their divorce in 2005, the couple spent three years remodeling the house before selling it for $28 million in 2006. The remodeled mansion was relisted in 2019 for an astounding $56 million.

Aniston discovered the Beverly Hills home, which Harold W. Levitt designed, and immediately knew it was destined to be hers. Jennifer stated to AD in 2010: “I never doubted the house would be mine one day.”

She invested $13.5 million in the hillside property in 2006. Over the ensuing years, she worked with architect Stephen Shadley to turn it into a hideaway with Balinese influences, including Brazilian cumaru eaves, heated travertine floors on the lanai, and koi ponds.

Jennifer Aniston loved hosting parties and bringing visitors to her “glamorous, old-fashioned Hollywood” retreat, which she named “Ohana,” Hawaiian for “extended family.” After initially offering the 10,000-square-foot, one-story house for $42 million, she eventually decided to sell it in 2011 for $38 million.

The former “Friends” actress invested $7.01 million in two homes in New York City’s West Village; the other had a 900-square-foot wrap-around balcony and a penthouse with natural oak floors. She had initially planned to combine the two houses into one large apartment with a floor area of more than 2,000 square feet, but a few months later, she decided to relist them due to paparazzi issues. In 2012, Aniston sold them for $6.5 million at a loss.

Aniston didn’t waste any time when the East Coast relocation failed and bought a $20.97 million A. Later that year, Quincy Jones designed the Bel Air mansion. The remarkable actress seems to have waited a bit before investing in a home. However, this year she bought a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom Mediterranean-style home in Montecito, a seaside community about two hours north of Los Angeles. (7)
