Chrissy Teigen Revealed She Gave Up Dieting

Chrissy Teigen has shared her weight loss journey on social media and has received a lot of praise for her fitness routine. She’s a television personality, cookbook author, and mother. Her followers have been left wondering about the reasons behind her slimmer body.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Chrissy revealed that she struggled with her diet. She admits that she has experienced “ups and downs” with “dieting and diet culture” throughout the years, but she is done with it now. She has since changed her approach. Instead of dieting, she prefers eating healthy.

“I’ve thrown all of that out of the window,” Chrissy said. “I think now at this point in my life it’s more important for me to enjoy things as they come.”

While she has admitted to having breast implants and liposuction surgery, she hasn’t discussed whether she uses supplements. Nevertheless, she’s maintained a slender physique in show business for years.

Her current goal, she claims, is to concentrate on what will “make me happy.” She explained, “I eat things when I want them. Because if I don’t my mind personally goes crazy.”

Chrissy is married to singer/musician John Legend. They have two children together: Miles and Luna. Since she has become a mom, she has been open about her experiences with pregnancy. She also discussed the loss of her son, Jack. Eventually, she decided to get rid of her alcohol addiction.

Chrissy indulges in strength training and acro yoga. She usually does a combination of resistance bands and barre training during her exercise. She also practices Pilates. If she’s feeling too exhausted, she’ll take a break.

She works out four days a week with celebrity trainer Simone de la Rue. Though she does not participate in regular cardio workouts, she is a hunky swimmer. As a former swimsuit model, she has a lean physique.
