Claudia has managed to stay slim and trim throughout the years. She eschews fast food, sugary and fatty beverages, and ad-heavy snacks in favor of healthy alternatives like brown rice crackers, packets of dry miso soup, and fruit.

Claudia has tried different diets to help her maintain a super lean body. But she has now started to eat more organic food and drinks lots of water to keep her healthy and strong.

She follows two diets: “5 days” and “5+.” The first is a 5-day diet, in which you eat 1200 kilocalories daily. This diet is low calorie, and you won’t feel hungry, but it can lead to rapid weight loss – about 6.5-9 kilos per course.

Her diet is based on eating fruits and vegetables before noon, having a light lunch of salad or soup, and eating chicken or tuna salad or grilled chicken and steamed veg for dinner.

She can eat what she likes on the sixth day, but only till 4 p.m. After this, she can only drink water in large amounts.
