Actress Jenna Dewan is a big fan of a clean vegan diet, which helps her maintain a healthy weight. She also eats lots of fruits and vegetables and avoids processed foods.

She eats a green smoothie for breakfast daily and usually adds sprouted grain cereal with raspberries and blackberries for flavor and extra nutrients. She also likes to pack a smoothie for her lunch as an easy snack when she needs a quick pick-me-up.

Despite having a busy schedule, Dewan loves hitting the gym and sharing her workouts with fans. Dewan works out at least four times a week with her trainer, Kim Carruthers, to keep her body in shape.

The actress also follows the 80/20 rule, which focuses on eating healthfully for 80 percent of the time and then allowing herself to indulge in whatever she wants for the other 20 percent.

When she’s not in the studio, she likes to take high-energy classes combining strength training with dance moves, a high-energy exercise that helps tone and condition muscles.

Her arms are one of her top targets. She focuses on exercises like tricep extensions and bicep curls, using a resistance band to tone her biceps, triceps, and shoulders. She also does bent-over rows with the band.

Dewan also enjoys a variety of yoga and Pilates classes. She says she “loves the energy” they provide and helps her stay focused on her goals.
