In a 2006 lawsuit, their neighbors alleged that Curry and Ross’s team had damaged their property and made quite so much noise. The only individual now residing in the multi-million dollar townhouse is described as a “hobo” by the New York Post.

But the fact remains that he wasn’t arrested for only dozing off at the entrance. One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against Curry, Dr. John Lee, stated that the structure has effectively been abandoned and has turned into a nuisance.
