Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado (peeled and ready to eat)
  • 100g Cooked frozen shrimps (or prawns)
  • 1 teaspoon Creamed horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Real mayonnaise
  • 4 drops Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. To begin, defrost the prawns or shrimp in warm water. Sieve the shellfish and pat them dry with kitchen paper to remove all the water.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. thoroughly combine the prawns/shrimp with the seafood sauce.
  4. Top the avocado with the shrimp cocktail mix and sprinkle with paprika.
