Ingredients

- 100g Cooked frozen shrimps (or prawns)
- 1 teaspoon Creamed horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Real mayonnaise
- 4 drops Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- To begin, defrost the prawns or shrimp in warm water. Sieve the shellfish and pat them dry with kitchen paper to remove all the water.
- Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and salt and pepper to taste.
- thoroughly combine the prawns/shrimp with the seafood sauce.
- Top the avocado with the shrimp cocktail mix and sprinkle with paprika.
