Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp – deveined and peeled
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 1 cup Mushrooms – sliced
- 2 Large carrots – thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 Cloves garlic – minced
- 1 tsp Ginger – minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame seed
- 2 tbsp Green onions – chopped
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook while occasionally stirring for 5 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and light pink.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the sesame oil to the same pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, Stir in the vegetables, tamari, and rice vinegar. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the garlic and ginger and mix well—season with salt to taste.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and stir to combine with the remaining ingredients.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
