Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp – deveined and peeled
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Mushrooms – sliced
  • 2 Large carrots – thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 Cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger – minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seed
  • 2 tbsp Green onions – chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook while occasionally stirring for 5 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through and light pink. 
  2. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the sesame oil to the same pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, Stir in the vegetables, tamari, and rice vinegar. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. 
  4. Add the garlic and ginger and mix well—season with salt to taste.
  5. Return the shrimp to the pan and stir to combine with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
