Seluvis, Blaidd, and Ijl will be waiting for you when you start Ranni’s quest in Elden Ring. You’ll be asked to meet them in their tower.
Southeast of Ranni’s ascent in Caria Manor is where you’ll find this tower. When you get there, talk to Seluvis, who will give you the assignment of locating Nepheli Loux.
Location of Seluvis Secret Room
Seluvis’ Hidden Chamber may be found in ruins near Ranni and Renna’s Rising in Elden Ring. A luminous message is on the floor as you roll through it, and it’s placed on the eastern edge of the ruin complex. (1)
After reading the message, speak with Seluvis and buy all of his sorceries as well as at least one Puppet Ash. Once you’ve done that, a new dialogue option will appear, asking if you wish to assist him with his plan.
He’ll unveil a plot that calls for you to travel to the Altus Plateau and bring him something. You can locate an Amber Starlight in the base of a statue and deliver it to Seluvis. As a result, he will receive a Magic Scorpion Charm talisman, which is a wonderful prize.
Renna and Ranni’s Rise
Among the ruins halfway between Ranni and Renna’s Rising, you can find the Seluvis Hidden Chamber. If you roll down the illusory floor, you can notice a glowing message on the floor towards the back wall. (2)
If you can provide this cunning wizard a potion to give to Nepheli Loux, that is what you will be requested. You can decide whether or not to accept this, but doing so will also enable you to buy a unique Spirit Ash from Seluvis.
Make your way to the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace and proceed east along the trail before turning north to locate a cave before giving her this. A chest with Amber Starlight is inside.
Finger Maiden Therolina Puppet
In his tower, Seluvis conceals himself in a hidden room. You can find Finger Maiden Therolina Puppet in this covert room.
Players can employ the Finger Maiden Therolina Puppet in Elden Ring as a Spirit Ash Summon. She is a healer who assists the player in battle using Holy Water Pots and healing incantations. (3)
By striking an illusionary floor that covers the stone floor, one can find the hidden puppet room of Seluvis, which is situated in the remains of Ranni’s Tower. This will make a secret staircase that descends to it visible.
Jarwight Puppet
Seluvis, who plans and carries out his own plots on his own, is the most cunning member of the three witches’ crew. Because of his cunning, Gideon Ofnir has no love for him.
Players must locate a secret door in the cellar close to Ranni and Renna’s Rise in order to access Seluvis’ Secret Chamber. Players can find a message from Seluvis instructing them to descend to the basement once they’re inside.

Dolores the Sleeping Arrow Puppet
One of Seluvis’ preferred puppets is Dolores the Sleeping Arrow. She is the ghost of a charming archer who wears male clothing. She uses her short bow to shoot St. Trina’s arrows and is sometimes referred to as the Quiet Hunter.
Since she is one of the few sleep suppliers, she is a fantastic support summon for stunning adversaries, especially those who are grouped together. She also has some of the Elden Ring Spirit Summons’ highest burst damage capabilities.
If you have given Preceptor Seluvis the potion and discovered his collection of puppets in a secret cellar in the area, you can choose Dolores the Sleeping Arrow Puppet from him. Once you’ve advanced through Ranni’s storyline, you can also select it for Star Shards.
