Ingredients
- 4-5 Slices of turkey – chopped
- 4 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Cheese – shredded
- Salt and pepper
- ½ tsp Heavy cream
- ½ tsp Avocado oil
Instructions
- Allow avocado oil to heat up in a small skillet at a medium temperature.
- Combine the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Once the skillet is hot, pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Slide a spatula under one side of the egg and carefully flip it over.
- After flipping the egg, add chopped turkey and cheese to one side of the egg.
- Flip the side without the turkey or cheese, covering the turkey and cheese.
- Remove from heat and serve.
