Ingredients

  • 4-5 Slices of turkey – chopped
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Cheese – shredded
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp Heavy cream
  • ½ tsp Avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Allow avocado oil to heat up in a small skillet at a medium temperature.
  2. Combine the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Slide a spatula under one side of the egg and carefully flip it over.
  5. After flipping the egg, add chopped turkey and cheese to one side of the egg.
  6. Flip the side without the turkey or cheese, covering the turkey and cheese.
  7. Remove from heat and serve.
