Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless pork chops (about 2” thick)
  • 1 bag (about 3 oz) of Pork rinds – crushed
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • 2 large Eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed pork rinds and seasonings in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Coat the pork chops in the egg, then in the pork rind mixture, one at a time. Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer.
  2. Set the air fryer to 20 minutes and cook until halfway done. When an internal temperature thermometer reads 145-160F, pork chops are done.
  3. If you don’t have an air fryer, cook it using the oven. Bake the breaded pork chops for 15 minutes on each side in a 425°F oven or until an internal meat thermometer reads 145°F.
