  • 1lb Pork chop – cut into 1” pieces
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 medium Onion – chopped
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds


  1. Marinate pork in soy sauce.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the pork and onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the broccoli florets and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes or until pork and broccoli are crispy.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with sesame seeds.
