Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 5½ oz Pork belly – cubed
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp White pepper ground
  • 6 stalks Broccolini
  • ¼ cup Tamari Sauce
  • 1 bunch of Bok Choy
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Over high heat, place a wok or sizable saucepan. Add in the pork belly and sesame oil. Cook the pork, frequently tossing, until it gets brown and crispy.
  2. Mix in the garlic powder and pepper before adding the broccolini. Cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the tamari sauce and bok choy.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bok choy softens.
  4. Serve and top with sesame seeds.
