  • 14oz Andouille Sausage – sliced
  • 1 cup Onion – cut into bite sizes
  • 2½ cup Bell pepper – sliced into cut-bite sizes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, lightly spray with cooking oil and heat over medium heat. 
  2. Add in the sausage, peppers, and onions. Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. The dish is ready when the s,ausage has browned and the peppers and onions are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
