Allegedly, he threatened to kill his employer.

According to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Lisa Marchesoni, on Tuesday, Kyle Chrisley was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in Smyrna. Chrisley was arrested and taken into custody in Rutherford County.

Kyle Chrisley was arrested in Tennessee only a few months after his father and stepmother, Julie Chrisley, were each sentenced to several years for crimes involving bank fraud and tax evasion. The alleged victim told Tennessee police that Kyle Chrisley was ready to stab his boss with a knife before he was apprehended.

The story provided by the police indicates that Chrisley’s employer claimed he made a death threat when Chrisley was allegedly knocking down his boss. The officer observes that the boss was left in a bloodied and battered state.

Also, Chrisley’s employer told the officer… During the altercation, Kyle brandished a fixed-blade knife and threatened to stab and kill him. The officer said that cuts and bruises on Campbell’s head, neck, and hand were enough to get an arrest warrant for Chrisley.

He was eventually released on a $3,000 bond, and according to officials, he is due back in court on March 20. Kyle’s father and stepmother were sentenced to prison a few months before his arrest.

Authorities alleged that the pair failed to fulfill their obligation to return the loans when Todd Chrisley filed for bankruptcy. While in bankruptcy, they began their reality show and “flaunted their wealth and lifestyle to the American public,” according to prosecutors’ writings.

They then hid the millions of dollars they earned from the show from the IRS. Moreover, Julie Chrisley was found guilty of wire fraud and obstruction of justice. The Chrisleys spent the money on expensive automobiles, fashionable clothing, real estate, and travel, as well as new fraudulent loans to repay older ones, leading to their family’s increased legal issues.
