Ingredients

  • 142g Blue cheese
  • ¾ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 (about 151g each) Pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 7 oz. Fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Begin by crumbling the cheese into a small saucepan set over medium heat. Adjust the heat as needed to allow it to melt gently. Take care not to burn it.
  2. Add the cream and slightly increase the heat when the cheese has melted. Allow for a few minutes of simmering.
  3. Season the chops liberally with salt and pepper.
