Ingredients

  • 1 pound Shelled, deveined shrimp, cooked until pink

Keto Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Using a large and deep skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it completely melts and starts to bubble.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for around 30 seconds. Turn the heat down to medium-low, and pour in the heavy cream while stirring until the mixture bubbles slightly.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  4. Stir the sauce until it thickens into a creamy Alfredo sauce. Lastly, add the cooked shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until it is heated.
