They are still going strong! Since June 2018, Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin have been a couple and shared the news of their relationship with their devoted fanbase.
According to a recent story, Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin have gotten engaged after spending nearly five years together as a couple. Earlier this month, Barbara was photographed wearing a huge diamond ring on her left ring finger. Despite the fact that they have not yet made their engagement public, the couple has been rumored to be engaged.
During an interview in February 2019 with W Magazine, she bragged about how the two of them got their first date. “He slid into my DMs,” Dylan also revealed in an interview that he had messaged the stunning woman on Instagram after she randomly followed him on the platform. “She followed me, so I was like, I guess I’ll give her something. And I slid into her DMs,” ‘Hey, I don’t know if you’re in New York for very long, but we should hang out if you want to. Here’s my number.’ And she didn’t message me for six months.” he recalled.
They continued that they’re always tremendously in love with one another and by each other’s sides, but they’re extra happier than usual. They’re excited to start a new chapter in their lives together.
She told PEOPLE that Dylan was ready to go serious right away, but she still had doubts, saying, “And then I was like, “OK, let’s do it.” … I just sat down, took a deep breath, and I’m like, “What am I waiting for? There’s no other guy I would love more than I love him, and he’s got everything that I need.”‘
Barbara subsequently told the publication that the “first minute we met,” she fell in love with Dylan. The couple has attended numerous events together over the years, and they have not been bashful about sharing their affection for one another on social media or in public.
The actor has openly spoken about visiting his girlfriend’s parents for the first time in Hungary, and the two have been seen and heard sharing the most gorgeous PDA-filled images, showing off their love, gushing over each other in interviews, and jetting off on romantic holidays.
“I wasn’t nervous to meet her parents, but the truth is that there is a language barrier, obviously,” Dylan told the magazine at the time. “Her mother speaks a very tiny bit [of English], and I am not proficient in Hungarian. I’m trying, but learning is definitely an overstatement.”
Barbara admitted she had reservations about telling everyone about her relationship with Dylan. “I was kind of scared. I was single for so long before we started dating. I had this thought like, ‘Are we going to get paparazzi-ed all the time? Should I be worried? Do I have to dress nice from now on? Get ready every morning?’” she explained to British Vogue.
“It’s not normal for me to have a boyfriend,” the model told Vogue Australia. “I was single for six years. It did pay off because I feel like I’ve found the perfect guy. He’s very kind and gentle … I’m very much in love right now. It’s a very good feeling.”
Dylan also sends a heartfelt note, “Very proud and excited to be on this journey with you. You grow greater with each passing year and I can’t wait to see what this new chapter holds for us. I’ll save the mushy stuff for when I see you after filming.”
