Ingredients

- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Metal or wooden skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
- Mix the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Thread the beef, zucchini, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers in any desired order. Brush the skewers with the garlic and herb mixture, coating all sides.
