Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Metal or wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  2. Mix the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Thread the beef, zucchini, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers in any desired order. Brush the skewers with the garlic and herb mixture, coating all sides.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are slightly charred.
